I wrote so I wouldn’t break (TNBC)

Writing became my way of dealing, rather than surviving, one of the hardest chapters of my life. The Whispering Shadow is my story, born from the pain and fear I experienced during my unwanted battle with triple-negative breast cancer.

When you’re carrying a story that feels too heavy to hold, try writing it... not for others to read, but for you to feel. Sometimes, putting your feelings into words can give you a reason to deal with another day.

Thank you for sharing this, @missmar2026 . ❤️

Many people in our community find that writing, whether it's journaling, poetry, letters, or stories, can be a powerful way to process what they're experiencing. Putting difficult emotions into words doesn't make them disappear, but it can help make them feel a little more manageable.

I'm glad you found something that helped you navigate such a difficult time with triple-negative breast cancer. Wishing you continued healing, and thank you for encouraging others to explore writing as a way to express what they're carrying.
