LMAO Beans! Love the kitty cats, and the line about missing the emails is hilarious! Good way to look at the annual holiday blues, but hoping you can keep waaaaaay above it. Don't want you to be down at all, no sireeeeeee.

Lori or Allison, or anyone who found a awesome (ya knows what ah means) pic of  Mr. Big, can you send it to me in a PM? I saw the kilt-butt one, but when I tried to click on another one it just wouldn't load. He is soooooooo good looking, esp in person..... *sigh*

Goldie- anybody who wants to put in the request may do so for the liquere, it's that good. I don't think I should be elected to find mister big's butt. Once I start looking for 1 butt I'll be looking for 1000. By the time I'm done this whole thread will be nothing but a**.

Jaybird, that is too funny you missed seeing MrBig, but must say, much more exciting to meet Kathy, I know from experience!

Kymn, having that rat bastard living across the streen SUCKS! I wish you could find some big ole hunk of man to bring into your house, and he see it. Do you know someone that would do that for you? Sorry you had a bad day/night tho.....HUGS for you. Sending MrBig your way to give some hugs as well.

Hmmmmm Juliet....hunting accident? STELLA! Do you know DorK's people?

MrsV, as good as you look girl, in just a scarf.......I wouldn't bother with a darn wig either! OMG, how precious your story of the birthday fairy and how she was up at 3 am and she hadn't been there. Gosh.........hang on to these days, cuz before you know it, she will be a tee, and then grown up and off to college. LOL............I knew you would want to be bad! As for the picture or MrBig, you can see why I did not share here! The pumpkin cooler also had something on the inside of it, to keep the beers from slipping (assuming that is what is was).

Awwww Beans.........give me ur hand and don't lose my email! LOL

LMAO @ undercover and her 1000 butts! I found MrBigs butt, and it shows more than his bum! Kathy, it is with a quilt.

Good Job Dofey! Kathy, I didn't think you could send pictures in BCO mail, but then again, don't think I ever tried! Have you opened it yet????

    It's a lawn chair!

    Jaybird...who do you fly for?

NM...I agree with you that Mr. Noth meets (and surpasses) our criteria

Got a 22 year old yelling at me!!!!  I ticked him off because I asked why he couldn't put his bowl in the dishwasher and why he leaves his coffee pot dirty.....then he tells me there is a reason he is irritable!!!!!  13 year old is upset with the yelling....says she can't do homework because all her family does is yell.....I love my son but he makes me so angry!!!!  would never kick him out, but I'm ready for him to want to live on his own....but of course he can't afford it....he works about 20 - 25 hours/week and is going to school full-time.....

Welcome to all the newbies.....this is a fantastic group of women!!!  I'm so lucky to be able to come here and vent.....

Hi Ladies, I have been sort of hybernating today. NM's story about the minister jumping off a bridge is quite disturbing and to hear other stories of depression made it hard for me to speak. But me had some dwinks and feel better. As Lori said, if anytime, any of you ladies feel so down that you believe life is not worth living, talk to me. I have people who can help. Betcha all did not know my people include therapists, phychologists and phychiatrists in additional to the ones that break bones and make people jest nessapear.

I am also so happy that Kathy saw Mr. Big and recruited him to help us. When he is Chris, he is happily married with child. But when he is Mr. Big and woyking for de HTL, he is single and free to mingle. He gives a great massage too.

Oh balls, DH needs me to watch footBALL with him. hehe. I am serving him cheesecake and coffee and having some my derself. With a shot of kahlua!

I have to get in line for a Mr. Big. Seems Kymn and Allison and Karen have kept him detained. Word in de lounge is that he gives great massages using balls. What a concept!

ME Mr. Big ME, what about meeeeee???

    CheerZ!

NM, in all seriousness, share the pain and hurt. Can't wait to give you a hug for me and de entire HTL, 1 month away, YAY! Life is tough and some of the people hurting the most put up the best face to the world. I lost someone close as well and know the pain of those left behind! Please know you are loved and respected, any soapbox, no matter how bubbly, you are on is a gift to those around you, please write the disgruntled nurse/patient article for some fancy medical magazine, they need a dose of reality! As always, a Monkeyday with a post from NM just gets to be better!

Beyond that, try to keep it short so I get my Scuby hot tub time tonight, DorK, the balls are awesome! I saw Mr. Big shilling cars tonight on a tv ad, don't know what brand, no butt shots though!

Mrs_Vino, can I come to de skating partay, it's my birfday on Frieday, will take de Beans Magic UFO and come to KY, promise to fall down lots and be a totally big loser. And dats without no punkin beers! Know you and DD will rock!

Hi and Hugz to all! Monkeyday be mostly over, cheers to dat! FYI, did one more DMe (dear

Hi everyone, i still can't keep up with you all.  My error on George Clooney - the home place means where his family came from.  He is supposed to be visiting next year.

Kathy - really good on the pronunciation.  It always sounds better the more you drink.  Can't quite get the other one.

OMG!!  The chairs are beautiful!!  Most princessey!  (I am the only girl in my house so I refer to myself regularly as the "princess"......thanks girls.

Headed out for a normal day of work tomorrow......looks like the only one this week...blood draw today, work tomorrow, port placement wednesday and CT/PET scan thursday.  Will be looking for the foil and hoping for a gentle hug of reassurance from Junie.

Any chance the bus could meet me for the port placement?  The general anesthesia scares the daylights out of me!!

Then theres the CT/PET....should be a good thing but am still sooooooo scared that they will find more cancer somewhere else, and that's on thursday so AGAIN we play the waiting game!!  UGH!!

Nothing left to do tonight, but raise my beer and toast you ALL.......such wonderful, encouraging, and brave women!!!

    Hugs,

    Cindy

So I did a little search for Mr. Big's bum. I got way more than I bargained for. More bums popped up and not just bums-wow. Got pretty hot in here after awhile, had to sit in my freezer for a couple of hours. Celebrity men do not have any shame-thankfully;) Now off to put in my request for the cherry liqueur! Takes a few weeks to get here but worth the wait. See you all later. Cheers.

Good morning, Loungettes. Even more upset this morning about Rev Bob's death as the news is breaking the story that the State Police started an investigation on him a few days before his death. No official word of what was being investigated, but people interviewed by the State Police are saying he had a sexual relationship with a young boy many, many years ago. It's very hard to picture him doing that kind of thing, ever,. I prefer to remember the good he did in the community and how he has helped so many people through so much difficulty.

And to reassure everyone in the lounge, I am not feeling suicidal and have not had those feelings for the last 3 years. I know I have people I can reach out to, both physically and virtually now and I promise I will talk to someone if I ever get to that point again. I do not own any kind of gun, partly because of my past feelings and partly because I know I could never use one against another human being, even though I enjoy target shooting. Wahine, I'm glad you had the good sense to take the loaded gun to the gun shop, and so glad they were willing to help.

Kymn-your body, or some unconscious part of your mind, probably does know when FAH is nearby. It's a protective mechanism, but it's hard on the person after a while. Have you changed the locks on your doors? If you have a garage door with an remote control you can usually reprogram them so if he has one of the remotes he can't use it to get in. That may make you feel more secure. It must be infuriating to see him doing whatever he wants while you are struggling to stay afloat. Obviously he cares very little about you and his behavior proves it.

Mrs. Vino-the birthday fairy leaving streamers is a great thing to do! How old is your DD?

Beanie-thanks for the reminder, I hadn't factored in the time of year when thinking about my reaction to the Rev Bob's death. Between the holidays, my dad's birthday this month, upcoming surgery it's no wonder I'm feeling rocky! BUT, I've got another lead on counseling that I'm going to look into. And I haven't called the Med Onc's office yet, reserving that since it's 90 miles away. Making that trip every 4 months is one thing, every week is a bit more than I think I want to do, but if that's what works out, that's what I'll do. Love the kitties in the sink!

    Undercoverbel-ROTFLMAO!

Karen-Yikes about the yelling! Did he say what exactly was making him so irritable? Listening from the outside I wonder if he is upset or frightened by the bc diagnosis. Children in the home, even adult children, often benefit from talking with a social worker or counselor in this situation. I know working and going to school is a big job, but he should be able to help out some at home, unless he's paying rent, of course.

DorK-I'm sorry I started a topic that upset you. Yes, I know sorry is not allowed, but maybe just this one time? I'll say again that I am not thinking of hurting myself. I was reflecting on past times and trying to make sense of a seemingly senseless thing. And I know I can say anything here and be accepted. But I did not want to upset anyone else!

Speaking of balls, I'm sure the moderators drop in from time to time to check things out, but Jocks and Pants and Hunk bring them their fav dwinkies and all is well. And I'm sure that little item is one of the first in Mr. Big's orientation program!

Scuba-I am seriously thinking about writing that article, have been for a while. I think now may be a good time to bring that off the back burner and start actually working on it. Less to do outside now, so this could be a good winter project.

Tiedye-we aim to please, here in the HTL! And absolutely the bus will be there for the port placement. And for the CT/PET scan. And the blood draw today. Listen for tiny giggles and glugs from your pocket, that will be us!

Princess Glitter Sizzle says today's DOTD is "The Ball Watcher"

    1 oz Dark Rum
    1 oz Melon Liqueur
    1 oz Orange Juice
    1 oz Heavy Cream
    1/2 oz Coconut Cream

    Directions
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with melon balls, and serve.

    Good morning goils,

NM, no need to apologize to me and never worry that anything you say will upset anyone! We write what we feel and there are many topics that must touch those tender places for all of us yet we are here to support each other through thick or thin. I am so glad that the deep depression is behind you and again pray that you never go there again.  I can imagine how you feel about Rev. Bob and the allegations against him. It is a sad world we live in with so many people that we look up to then they let us down. I am bothered over the Penn State scandal. I was bothered when the well respsected Rabbi here in NJ murdered his wife. I often wonder why seemingly good people can do such evil things. Well enuff of that. As always, I loved waking up to your great post and funny pictures. LOL on the moderators looking the other way after giving them dwinkies!!!

And Beanie did have a good point about de winter blues aka S.A.D. I am definitely one with seasonal affective disorder, it kicks my arse every year about this time. So I dwink and feels all betta.

Mr. Big, hows about you line the bar with some Ball Watchers? No, not us dwunks but de dwinks!!!

Will twy to write more later. I have so much to do and have another post op appointment at 1pm. I want to try to go shopping for my upcoming visit to SC. I really overdid it yesterday doing grocery shopping and am paying for it today. I did get help in loading my car and also unloading. I just loaded my cart and ending up having to pull as I could no longer push with me one arm. I am going to hit the percotini fountain, watch Regis and Kelly then get moving.

    Have a gweat day goils!!!

    dORk ♥
