Oh dear, the "airbag" joke was priceless, Bernie! Did not see that one coming, either. And love the AIRBAG dwink, Lowwi. Have not heard of those ingredients, but sounds yummy anyways. Wouldn't it be so funny if I typed out our DOTD's and asked the bartenders in Tunica to make some of those dwinks. Will be going there on Sun, so trying to get stuff done first.
My dad still had probs with the bleeding yesterday, which his family dr noticed, and sent him to yet another specialist, so am hoping and praying they finally got it stopped. Hard enough to heal at 95, but gotta get the bleeding stopped first. He was also in a lot of pain, and discouraged at how 2012 has started out. THANK YOU, everyone, for all the prayers, thoughts, and concerned. Very much appreciated, snd hope the prayers con tinue!

Started too many organizing projects, and am now in a big mess. Can use some help!!! Hoping all you loungettes have a good THIRST-DEY and will NOT be thirsty due to all the dwinks in the HTL. Oh Kymnie, Hope I didn't bump you so hard your spilled your ThirstDey dwink. Well dear, "affairs" of the heart are hard to ignore. DO NOT chastise yourself for this...just wish you could get your heart out of it, and just enjoy the bootie calls. I tortured myself with an ex-bf and still had hookups with him, even though I was dating others....they knew about it and had to deal with it if they wanted to date me....lol. BUT when I finally realized in my heart it was over and he was SO wrong for me, then I didn't want to see him at ALL....that was very healing for me. Someday that will happen for you, as you KNOW he is so wrong for you. You are only human, and just went with the moment.....just do NOT let him control your heart anymore...or at least pretend he is not controlling your heart, until the day that he does not have control over you anymore. It is VERY hard he is living so close, not sure if I could handle that either. JUST HANG IN THERE!!!!! We all love you, and you are doing as good as possible. It will take time, but you keep trying, and keep seeing the therapist, and someday this will be just a memory, as you will be SO past him, and onto a happy life again. (((HUGS)))

Is anyone else's house a disaster?? UGH!! My mind is racing with things that need done, but the body is tierd and not willing.
Had "a few" beers last night, got a little loose lipped and had a really honest conversation with my most amazing boyfriend, we actually shared some feelings about this whole BC hassle-changes our lives in so many different ways-it was good I think! Anyone have a creative idea on how to show your love how much you appreciate their part in this? Thank God for supportive partners and caregivers!!!

Loosing my lashes now too, so tried some glamour false lashes yesterday.....OUCH, not comfy!! Using enough shadow and blush to sink a battleship trying to draw attention to my face and away from my head. Darned wig is SOOO uncomfortable.Whats this about the TEs not looking like breasts?!!! Somebody fill me in.

Tiedye, Some gals hate their TE's as they are hard like turtle shells, and don't look right. I was lucky as mine looked very normal, in fact I liked the way they looked vs my implants! So I guess it is a very individual thing, nothing to worry about, as you don't have them in tooooo long. That hair loss sucks.....so funny about wearing so much eye makeup! I am sure you look good...remember Lowwi always says we are our worst critics, and she is right.
Scuby, SO glad it was not a problem with a tooth. You are all set for your TE exch!! YAY!!! Ya know we will all be there, so be sure to get a BIG room...lol. Hi girls-need a drink!. DH is driving me crazy,he's sick so you know what that means-the end of the world. Every 5 minutes he wants something. I didn't ask the nurses for help this much after I came out of my BMX surgery! You know it's bad when you start imagining smothering them w/the pillow instead of fluffing it for them. WAHINE-So sorry about your dad. Mine is 90 and in the hospital every time he gets a cold. Seems hard to resist anything at that age. Hope he gets better soon. I got home a while ago after going all the way in to the office (25 miles) for a meeting that was rescheduled to next week. Two days ago. Again. I. Am. Upset. I get a note on my evaluation that I haven't attended 100%of the staff and mandatory meetings in the last year, but no mention that at least once a month I go in for a meeting that has been cancelled, the time was changed, or was rescheduled to another day altogether. I spent an hour in the office cleaning up some details and fighting not to cry. I so wanted to have this day to stay home and catch up on some housework and think about what to do when the Med Onc cuts me loose in October. Not to mention babying a very sore right a$$ cheek from the big fat needlefull of thick lupron. I've got a bump the size of a tennis ball in there. Ok, so it' more like the size of a marble, but it still hurts.
OK, if the Onc is going to stop the arimidex in October, why do I need a bone density test this year?
Ok, gonna stop ranting and go crawl into a hammock and get drunk now. I am so sick of this bc crap, and work crap and life in general crap right now. . . .

Wahine-thanks for the drink. But I confess I started the par tay before that. I went out and bought that Jack Daniels with the honey in it. So i've been drinking in and out of the lounge. Now DH's food demands are a lot less annoying. I'm skipping to the fridge every 5 mins. And I have another secret-I hung a sign on the HTL door today. It says "Bathing suits optional for the tenders." Ok,ok,actually it says it's mandatory they leave their suits at the door. But don't tell the others,we don't want a stampede.
