Robo-sorry to hear about your report. It's so hard to know what was going on, but it is certainly frustrating. I hope you take heart in that regardless of what happened then, you are now on your way to a healthy future. You came to the right place to vent though! (((hugs)))

Mich101. I' m sorry I have no ideas on warts. Hopefully someone will give you some insight.

Robo....yes, I'm officially a card carrying member of the silicone club. All went very well, i was wheeled into surgery a little after 11:00 and wheeled to my car a little after 3:00. I feel pretty good all around, I'm actually a little nauseous right now but nothing crazy....I think I'm still coming off the meds? But, I can get up and down out of bed alone and go potty all on my own....just very sore but that was expected!

I ended up with 320cc allergen naturelle 45's....we shall see? I was 300 cc's going in and our first choice for my profile was the 45's so that worked in my favor!! And NO DRAIN!!!! Yay!!!!
Sorry about your report!!! I had to fight my primary physician for 4 months to do a mammogram on me once I found my lump....she felt it was another cyst and dismissed it for awhile.
Marsha....Lombard is very close to me! Several of us actually!
YAY!!! 0 -
Madismommy719. So glad you are doing well. We stay at the westin again this year so I'll let you all know closer to the week I will be in Lombard:). Last time we went to weber grill.

Trying to catch up quickly here. Happy birthday to Julie (belated) and Laura! Better to have birthdays than NOT have birthdays! Congrats on your new foobs, Madmom. Really cool to have that step down.
I am headed down to NW tomorrow for consult with an orthopedic surgeon about all these herniated discs in my back. Pain has gotten alot worse the past few days. Pinched nerves are hell! Anyway, I just want to get it fixed ASAP and get on with my life again. Always something! Sorry, but I am feeling a bit crabby tonight.0 -
MadMo - Glad you're out and about. I can only imagine how "sore" it must be. Get well soon!
Joan - Best wishes tomorrow...hope you get some answers.

Style 45 is high profile, which was my goal to get them more out than sitting in my armpits like my TEs were.... My TE's were filled to 300 cc's going into today....so he only bumped up another 20 with my implants....so you probably will be pretty close to my size I bet? Sounds like you're on the same course.... We'll have to get together soon and I'll "show and tell". Except mine will still probably look awkward and not nearly as fabulous at Lago's!!! Lago needs to be the poster set for her PS!!! She's pretty much sold me on some nips too!

I think the bumped up Effexor is ok.... My onc had me try both doses and the only reason i didn't end up with the higher was it didn't seem to be making a difference for me. But there wasn't any risk factors that came into play!
I'm really surprised about the no Tam yet still, it's so weird how each of our doctors can vary so much.... My onc gave me my Tam prescription to fill at my chemo training class and said "you start jan. 1st" with no hesitation.... I'm sure your onc has their own methods and practices too....so I wouldn't worry though!!!!

HI Girls...just a quick drive by HI to all. Happy Birthday to Laura and Julie. I hope you both got to celebrate in style. Everyday is a celebration. Enjoy.
Mich...have you tried China Gel. My reflexology guy used it in his and they just fell off. This stuff is great for sore muscles. I used it on my bad knee after my run...no pain. Just a thought. Amazon sells it.
Joan..hope you get some answers to your back issues.Back pain is no fun. I have been there, had back surgery for my herniated disc many years ago from a neuro md. Doing fine with exercise.
Zap ..how is baby Violet doing. I have a new preschooler who had open heart at Children's in Boston. Amazing md's there for what they can do for heart babies. Keeping her in my prayers that all is well.
Well I got to run....busy day at work. Thinking of all of you and hope everyone is doing well in their txs. Spring is here.....now I need my beach chair.
Enjoy Life......

I am determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may find myself.
For I have learned that the greater part of our misery or unhappiness
is determined not by our circumstance but by our disposition.

Lisa Ugh the dreaded hair be gone. It won't be gone right away but it does go fast. they need to take you in sooner. You don't want to deal with the mess. I had my hair cut the day it started to fall out.

Joan, Giood luck with the Orthopedic visit. Backpain is just so not good. I have disk issues about two/three times a year. Aleve is my best friend during thse episode along with the heat wraps that I wear around my waist for the lower. And then I do physical therapy. For me, I just cannot spend long periods of time sitting. I even do Words with Friends with you standing up!
Violet is doing well. Lots of doctor appointments and they keep monitoring her heartbeats. No definititie word yet but it the docs seem more relaxed.
Lisa, I know that with hair loss is sadness. It cannot be otherwise for most people. I hope you like the wig.
WendyTY, I too wonder what Spring will bring. I am so excited to do planting this year. Susan

I had a dream last night I sat up in bed and my foobs fell down to belly button.... I hope that can't really happen???? Lol

Madmom...must have been a crazy anesthesia cocktail yesterday!
Well, I am on my way downtown for my appt. I hope the doc has a magic wand somewhere as I need relief from this back pain. I definitely cannot sit very long either. Zap, I play WWF standing up too! In fact, I have been standing all morning in preparation for the trip downtown. I am even better if I just walk.
Lisa, this might be a good day to get rid of the hair quickly. Just go stand outside in this wind for a bit. Ask Lago about that one! Everybody, hang on to your hats, hair, wigs, etc.0 -
Madismommy....that is a too funny mental picture....I'm sure it won't really happen:)
I am normally at work but home today since I spent 3 hours best friends with my bathroom
I am feeling better now so I think it has up and went!Zap so glad Violet is doing better...Joan...hope you get some relief...Lisa..my hair grows like crazy now but I remember the devastation of losing it. I liked hats and scarves the best..wigs itched and summertime they were too hot for me.

Lol Lago... That's gonna be me in that link if dreams come true! Ha ha....
YAY hawk, your final rads.... That's a fantastic milestone!!!
Feel better Marsha!!!
If sure sounds windy out there today...good day for me and my cranial prosthetics to stay indoors!!!!0 -
Hawk....double yay......Lago....so funny....Joan....hopes and prayers....Lisa....Susan /zap is so right.....it's a little painful to see the hair go -- its who we are, but we do return. Living well is your best revenge. You will hopefully and like so many of these ladies be stronger, better and more alive in so many ways once you get done helping save your own life. There is something about it that makes you somehow better....you will have crossed the line in the sand and have done a fantastic job of it. This part comes first...but then....
Hugs, Jackie
