Thanks Kathy, and everyone else. Mom called this morning and having a good day today. Yes, she is ready to go, I forget who asked that. She always says to me, God must have something really big planned for me, cuz I can't figure out why he is keeping me here for so long. Her health is pretty much beyond repair, but she could try to lose weight and stop smoking, so she could maybe breathe a little better. But she won't, so it is what it is. Someone else asked where she was, she is in Michigan. Hmmmmm, waiting to hear how things went at your SD's for dinner. And yes thank you, I'll have a few of those peach daq's, tankaewe. OMG, I sure hope your SD doesn't get prego, not so sure that would be the wise thing to do.

Lori, that is far away. I had forgot that your DS lived with her. So nice he is able to be there to help her since she is so sick. I know what you mean about the smoking, my mom smoked til the end with lung cancer. You know though, it was something she truly enjoyed, and it was her choice to make. I quit smoking the day I buried my mom, and don't miss it one bit, but have said if I live to see 90, I may try it again, lol. Glad your mom's having a good day, hope you are too!
Got lotsa chit to do today, getting ready for my last week at ICONS. Ran into the DDBIWW at the church picnic Sat night, not looking forward to seeing her again every day, but oh well. I wouldn't mind working out of home if I had my nice ped spa hooked up, and my friend Dana working here with me, she is a riot, looking forward to seeing her everyday.

Yes, I am in active treatment. One more TC this week. I guess after that I am not in active treatment...will try hormonals and in fall swap out TEs for implants. So is that active? For months? Ok, but actual chemo ends this week in the big girl chair.

Morning DahhhlinKs! Mese missed da fun yest. Work was sooo slow but I did get to see my sweet friend AN (for her privacy). She is suffering and will be leaving end of this week with her sister. I think she has MS and has jes gotten sooo much worse recently. I feel guilty because I should have been going over to visit her once or twice a week, but didn't. Thot she'd be around a lot longer...me bad. Anyway, mese was berry sad and stayed after work n mese car got dwunkliest. Even DH's twuck got dwunk. So we cabbed it. DH walked down in middle of night to pick up his twuck, will go git my bad car soon. Today, DH going to the spa for da foist time. A gift from me for Fathers Day. He berry fercited.
Lori - will keep praying for you mom, wish there was more I could do for you. Dat was me said that, 'ready to go'. :-( I can't believe I used to be a major ‘sun worshiper' in my younger days, now I have much trouble handling it. Since we've been going to the clubhouse pool, it's sooo much more tolerable. I wear a hat too, am scared my head will get that nasty foliculitis again, so far so good with that. We go early too so with sunblock I'm OK. You are right....OMG could be 333....I like it. And I like da DOTD too, cept I'd use wodka, can't stand the smell of gin. Was moms favorite tho...yuk!

The smoking thing is funny..I smoked for years and XPB actually helped me quit and I havent missed it either..its a pain in the a$$ and very expencive and smelly , inconvienient...all those things but I did enjoy it when I did smoke..I wont go back tho unless I live to be in my 90's like you said..then maybe and I would try those electric Cigaretts maybe so I can cut out the smelly, inconvienient part...

Lori, Glad your mom is doing better this morning and that she has someone there taking care of her and her needs..DD comes next Thursday..so its soon...I cant wait..she is such a joy and amazing fun. I let DS2 Drive DS2 to work this ayemm and take the car to the gym...yikes..scares the crap out of me..I had no excuses ....I couldnt just say...no ..sorry he has to walk....lol..thats mean...but I bought the boy 3 bikes and they either broke or got totaled ..he was riding my bike and got hit by a car on it..and when he first got here he rode xpb's bike and he forgot to lock it and it got stolen...oooppss....so he has been walking. ...ohhh and i was the one who asked how long you had been married Lori...3 years...still newly wed..congratulations! But 12 years as a couple is a longish time I would say...

Hello breasties and happy monKEYdey!
I am shedding a few tears, just found out that my dear friend Ann's mom passed away today, another victim on the rat bastard. I was talking to Ann on the phone earlier today and she was waiting for her mother to pass. She had not eaten for over five days and was removed from all life support. Ann told me that she was ready for this to be over. Prayers will be greatly appreciated for my friend and her family. She is going to come over tomorrow night with her current boyfriend and get drunk with me and stay over night. My friend has had a rough time over the past few years. I met her about six years ago when she was dating my brother. That relationship did not work out but I gained a dear friend. She ended up finding true love and very shortly after, her boyfriend was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and ended up losing his battle. So I say again FURB, FU! I need to call her and see if there is anything I can do. I will then be back to partay monkeydey style!

Mema, hate that about your friend too. I pray she is not in pain. I have two clients with MS, both have different forms of treatment, but currently both doing well. Well, they never compllain anyway. I'm sure your friend knows how much you love her, cause you radiate love girl!

Cyn, DDBIWW stands for dirty dumb b@#ch I work with. Long story, gist of it is when I was off work during treatment, she was stealing from me. She did several of my clients nails while I was off, and when they would say things like they knew it must be really hard for Ray and I with me not working, she would come back with "she doesn't have to work, they're fiine!" I'd like to know where the damn $ tree is that's supposedly growing in my yard! Also, told her I would be back after Jan 1st, so not to schedule my clients beyond that date. Well, she went ahead and booked several anyway, "just incase"; in case of what?? And then the older clients felt like they were put in a spot, it was just bad. Then had the Fn nerve to tell a few people she was hurting financially now that I'm back! Ummmm, sorry I got better Biatchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really?? I will stop there, but trust me, could go on........
I think sweetLisa has her last chemo Wednesday, right? We will have to party! Sounds like a plan. Also need to plan another party for Lisa a few weeks out, when she is starting to feel better, getting all de SE's out of her system. And we can think of lots of other chit to celebrate, too. I am still upset I missed the "Big Off" because of the Moler Focker. Course, I still had a good time, wink wink!
OK, gotta go print off the heat sheet for the swim meet tonight. I will be sooooooo glad when these are over! Ugh! But Aubrey has fun with her friends, and enjoys swimming. The meets are just soooooooooooo long! 5-6 hours. Will try to get on later if it's not too late.

Cyncyn, I can't help but laugh at Nancy Kerrigan and her wailing after having her knees bashed. That was memorable indeed. I used to ice skate too and always dreamed of being a pro. When my family built a new home back in 1972, our landscaping was not yet done and we had alot of mud in the yard. my sister and I used to take the hose and fill up and area then get up early before school and ice skate in our yard. I was only 12 then but it was so much fun. Good luck to your sons in driving, I hope they stay safe. And I know you are fercited to be seeing your sweet DD next week. Goils, her widdle girl is so pretty, I tink she looks like Lindsey Lohan in her younger days (before she became a crack head). I am fercited for you!

Sweet Lisa, indeed, we will be having a big partay to sailabrate the end of your treatment. And we will come and be with you when you have your exchange surgery. ya see, wese can get really teeny tiny and board de HTL UFO. We hide in de pockets of the surgeons or hide on shelves. We try to be berry quiet so we are not discovered. It is great having the goils with you, I have drug them along to many of my surgeries and they really do help. I hope the se's from the chemo go away for you and that you are able to enjoy your drinking soon!

Lori, glad that your Mom is having a better day. Regardless of her not taking good care of herself, she does not deserve what she is going through. She is waaaay too young to be in such bad shape and I know it has to hurt you to not be able to be with her. I will pray that she does start taking better care of herself so that she will have more quality years left in her. It is so sad seeing our parents health decline. i spoke with my Mom yesterday and she was soooo out of it. She still thinks it is Christmas time and still mad at my Dad for not putting up their Christmas tree. Yet she still thanks me every time I call. She did not understand the concept of it being Father's day either. The two of them could take better care of themselves too but I do not hold it against them, I accept them for who they are and that is very loving and awesome parents who made many sacrifices in their lives for the benefit of their children, being mese and mese siblings.

Doggies are great- but my room stinks from our elderly dogs ' many accidents. Reams of USC acid. Mi want to replace carpet(maybe withnwood) our dialing 15 yr old went tpdoggy heaven about month go, ourc17 yr old is still here after HER chemo treatment for lymphoma . Yes when I walk her we both truge along slooowly. Folks say I should wait o replace rugs till...you know. But they SMELL!!0 -
Wahine Prince Edward County is in Ontario. It pokes down into Lake Ontario. Straight across the lake from Rochester NY. I only told you guys about it so that you'd know that that the only New World wines didn't just come from California or Chile or Argentina or Australia. Or you know, elsewhere in the New World. As long as there have been people there have been people who said "how about drinking ".

???? I am funcused, I think we all know wines come from all over. In fact my very favorite wines are the Ice Wines from wineries just outside of Toronto. I like sweet wines and those are the best! The wineries we went to in Vermont in May had "ice wines" but they used a different process, and I didn't like them.

hey everyone! i need to write, i honestly cannot keep up with the new lingo..yet truly a work of art! i just started Pau hana pretty late...it was the day i have to take care of my mum day!
whoa, i'm at loss for words...that is so not me! Went thru a scary day...i can't be at the lounge! Too many overwhelming frustrating darn things happening! Realizzg something as in wtf? I believe that is keeping my mum at home....not in a nursing home...hell yeah..yet we don't get along at all! We bicker like a couple of old fart's yet she makes me crazy! Yet, i just ran out of steam! and you great women...i'm quite aware of the situations that are thrown at us...is taken one way or the other...i'm quite not myself..i need to get out...listen to music on the jukebox, talk to people, live a bit, without fear overtaking it all...identity theft...we'll life is just not a new day anymore...it's the same old thing...someone stole what i had, and believe I owned it...at one time... i ruled the world..i think the cancer took me into a different place...my DH's ...yes, it took a toll on our live's and it doesn't quit ..the fallout...will be for the rest of his/mine..live's....i can talk to all of you because it felt like me when i saw what he went thru...it haunt's me..u are the voice of cancer....amen to ya all!

And D, Your Jessica is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo beautimous! What an awesome pic of her and Lana! So sweet of her to be taking such good care of her Mama! And I hate that your mom thinks it's Christmas time. Last year, about this time, my friends Grandma was doing the same thing, and they went to see her, and she was wearing a Christmas sweater (mid June) and had all of these Christmas decorations out. Bless her heart. (Wanted to put fart in dere but dint know if it was ok, but u was tinkin dat too, wasn'tya?)

Hi Tanya Alli, Hi Cyn Lucy!!! Hi Sweeeeet omg! Sweeeeeet no worries about writing a downer post, we have to vent sometimes,and that is A-OK. We can't always be "up" and cheerful. Vent whenever you need to. BUT now I am funcused yet AGAIN tonight.....I can't quite understand what is happening in your life. I hate that things have you so down, but I couldn't understand your post, and I want to understand what you are telling us. Can you explain it again? Is it just me???
