Lots of rain here, it is icing in the county to our west, hope we don't get ice here! The PT gal was so impressed with DH's progress....just Friday he had to take forever to get out of the car, use walker to get in bldg (they were watching him thru floor to ceiling windows)...and today he had no walker and was walking normally. Glad he did so many exercizes! Tomorrow he will drive himself.

Hi everyone---I came home from Onc. and collapsed as usual. hahaha--I'm so effin lazy--I'll get a couple of tests and rhe reg chit of watching some lump (which she's not worried about) and I also told her this has affected my typing immensely--just so it's on my record--I told her about u guys--cuz I was talking about this thread and she did say maybe u should stay off of it, it can be so depressing and u have enough problems--so I told her This is the main one I go to with a DOTD posted and all the hunks on here--so it was OK--she was laughin about stuff with me so see u'r really good for me and it's on the record too.
Orange I'm comin on the UFO for u too. so we'll be there--all our (HUGS))) and love are coming with and I'm bringing a bottle of Baileys too.That will work for us.

Great prayer for our dear Bernie. I am praying for her and her brother too. And you are right about the walmart lady, she scared me. I would not want to meet her in a dark alley hehe!
Camille, my hole is still there and it looks like it is going to be there for awhile. And trust me, you are not reminding me of it, I know it is there. Ebery morning it seems I wake up with a little puddle in my bed, de ting still leaking. My PS wants me in a bra to hold the dressings but hail no, not at night. I will be with you for your scopes, do not worry about going sleepy, you will be fine, ok? I make sure the doctor does it right and gives you extra wodka.

Oh Bernie, Yours was the first post I saw this ayem. PLEASE let us know how your brother is doing. That is SO scary. I know too well about heart problems, and am praying for him to be well. I love the prayer NM posted, as well as her dwink of de day. If you talk to your brother or any family there with him, let him know there are prayers going out for him, all over the world.

Oh Lori, you are SO brave to put your picture on that awful woman's body in Walmart. OMG, that gives you incentive to STAY in good shape like YOU have! Yuck, I don't like that image at all. In fact when you put my face on those fab bods, it gave me incentive to try to get in better shape. Haven't done it yet, but at least I am thinking about it! Well, the PT gal yest really overworked DH...gave him exercizes to do that prolly should not have been done yet, so he is beyond sore. I don't think she ever saw such a quicker recovery, and I hope she has not set him back. Sometimes they can be pretty rough on people.
Dorkie, Hope it is going well at the onc. You should be seeing him right as I am typing this.Unless he makes you wait as long as some of my drs make us wait, that is. Let us know what he says about the implants vs tram. HOPING you don' t have to wait too long to get all bixed up!

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. Liam is stable but there are spots on his lungs plus calcium deposits in the heart. He has pneumonia and is jaundiced. Full test results won't be in for a few days. He is not in good health and hasn't been for most of his life (he is now 60). Lots of complications, God love him. He has a damaged heart and only one kidney anyway. He is also deaf and nearly fully blind.
Praying it's good news. My sister is with him and keeping me in touch.

Bernie, Thanks for updating us on his condition. Sounds very bad, and continued prayers going out to him. So young to have all those problems, poor Liam. BTW, I like his name. Hoping and Praying things will start looking up for him. Glad your sister is there with him. Sure hope they can get rid of that pneumonia too. Really will take a few days for all the tests? Hope they are aggressively treating him for all that might be wrong, but with all that, they may have to just work on the most serious issues first. ((((Liam)))))

bernie ,thanks for the undate,glad your sister is with him ,cont prayers for him.nm hope your head is better now.just came from wally world note to self go at 4am the people are not has scary. well the pcp visit went well - expected a rocketing as although i lost weight my ac1(it measures your blood sugar over the last 3 months) had gone up,must have had a better vacation than i thought and my hemaglobin had droopped 0.9 gm in 4 weeks but just have to repeat labs in 3 months and see her in 4 months. of course they are super busy right now and some people are cussingher out because their appointments were late

Sunday…DH and I sat and watched old movies on Turner Classic channel..then watched The Help. Had a great day. Yesterday I continued with Tax papers while he was at softball practice. Then we went for a dwink. It was a good day yesterday too…only I think I pushed it with my cold. O and I didn’t kno that about Zicam. I went to check…mine doesn’t have Tylenol…whew. Julie, GOOD FOR YOU for losing weight!!! Too bad those numbers went up though. Hoping your next visit they will be purrfect. Yeah, our family dr is so busy we usually have to wait 2 hrs, so I always take stuff to do. I never pick up the mags in the drs offices anymore. No sirrreeee. ONE THING, when DH was in the Surgery Center, ALL the doctors, anesthesiologist, surgeon, shook our hands, mine and DH's. Glad I brought sanitizing gel. Weird.
Oh Sue, it wasn't DH's knee that was clicking...lol...I wasn't very clear...it was the handles on the walker...kept making a loud clicking noise every time he grabbed it to use the walker...so I would hear...click....click...click...etc, even upstairs! So as soon as I called him clicker, that first night...he got rid of the walker. LOL. He will drive today, as my dad and my DH have dental appts back-to-back. SO glad he can drive as its sooooo rainy and cold. Ice just the next town over, but not here. THe mtn here had lots of frozen iced trees, etc, right above where my DD lives. I hate it when its cold and WET.
Hoping for good updates on Liam, Bernie. Wish you were able to be there too. But thats a plane trip, etc. Do they have ferries to go across? OR would that take forever? Just so glad your sister is there. I know Jan is not your favorite month, so am REALLY hoping he gets well...enuf sadness in January. Take care, dear.
