Morning my friends!  I'm going backwards here, with the pages, so just play along.......

Susan!  That is so true!  I lay there thinking how else can I re-arrange my gardens and "stuff" that is in them!  I'll take pictures when I ever get this project "done"!  Ha!   That's when you can do your best thinking though...  when I'm just laying there, and 50 million other things aren't calling your brain...

Morning to you too JWow!  Yes, that Cammi had her "private" B-day, withOUT us, but I got the word, so I spilled the beans!   We LOVE her, even with all her imperfections... if she has any.... so we must KNOW these things beFORE they happen!

2222222nd!  That's for all of us.... I loved your little picture!

And you guys aren't going to believe this....  Okay....  I HAVE THE SAME BIRTHDAY AS YOU SASS!  Damn!  Who knew?  But I was first, Haaaaaaaaaa!  2 Leo's on one thread?  Are we twins?  From another Mother?   That is ironic.... AND iconic!

And why were you feeling "lonesome"???  YOU said it...  I was just wondering!    And what was it you forgot???  I forgot what you forgot!

Ooooooooh.... my little Annie Mae...  I just love her so much Paws... Thank you for her pictures... And thank you 22222nd!  I looked up that whole article, and wanted to post it!

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2055471/A-new-home-blind-Great-Dane-devoted-guide-dog.html

Forever friends: Lily, left, being guided while walking with Maddison right. The pair have been inseparable since Lily lost her sight

I just thought this was a beautiful story!  I live next door to a Great Dane named "Thanos"...  We like him Soooooo much better than his Master...Ha!   And he has more sense!

Tang!  Hi sweetie!  Yes, you ARE beautiful, AND smiling!   You know I print and save all the pictures of you gals, so I can "see" who I'm talking to!

I have y'all in a special folder !  So I hate to ask, but could you all just post a little picture of yourselves, if you would... please?

Blessings... that is aMAZing about your Trigger Finger!  I had never heard of that "Spider" Tape...  Okay.... I googled it, and I will print off a copy...  in case I might need this someday!  I just saw it on Amazon.

Morning "LeeinArizona"!  Nice to see you here!  Can't you sleep either?  I CAN, but that doesn't stop me from posting on this thread...  "All my rowdy friends are here!"  Ha!

Littlegoats!  I thought for SURE it was "Barn" Owl!  But I didn't want to say anything!   I watched an Owl family hatch and grow up, on a live feed, from San Diego a couple years ago.... "Molly & McGee"...   Yes, I don't really care for their eating habits, but I don't think you can change that... Ha!

So have you gals tried Zyrtek instead of Claritin?  The Pharmacist told me that both of them have different ingredients, and may work better, than the other...  Even the generic of Allegra works better for me than some of the others.

Oh Wow!  I clicked something, and lost my whole long, boring post for a minute there, so I'll just finish it here!

Morning Fiercestlittlebird!  That was so funny about the Verizon Owls!

2222nd!  I can underline, because I am typing this on another page, then highlighting, copying, and pasting it on the thread!  And!  Look at this!  Colors for you all!  Heh, heh!.  It was a secret, and now it is OUT!  image

Good Luck with the job interviews...!

Cammi...  oh damnit!  It's hard to get rid of the "blue"...Ha!...  Cammi, where ARE you?  Did you see what LilShit gave you?   And you are 106?  You are holding up pretty GOOD, little funny face!    Oh wait!

You shower with..... THEM???  I would stay in the shower forever...

I just want you to feel better...  Okay.... we won't talk bladder stuff anymore....

And yes Tang...  we women probably ALL know what that's like... sometimes it's only temporary, and you will "out-grow" it.... other times, it hangs around... and by the way.... you "jump"?  How in the hell do you JUMP?  I tried that once, and it was like my foot was nailed to the floor!   Just wear those little pads... like we used to!

So my other advice is don't sneeze or cough.  Period!   I mentioned before, about those meds...

Okay....  gonna jump-start this morning.... xoxoxoxo

    Good Morning Girls!

Popping in to sat a quick hello.  Working today so I can be ready for operation T.a.T.t.B.a.B. tomorrow! (Thin a Thigh to Build a Boob!)

My mouse won't scroll either so having a really hard time reading and posting!!

Hope everyone is in a better place than they were yesterday!

Cami. I am woefully behind again so someone might have already mentioned this, but Cytoxan ks well known for bladder problems.  I even had to sign off about its ability to cause bladder cancer at a future date.

Oh 4, yes I did have to sign a form too, on the Cytoxan. But then I had a problem  with taxotere (CYP 3's abnormal) that put me in the hospital. This was just so screwy. I'm in a bad very sick situation. The Hospitalist orders the wrong IV fluids. The fluids put me in to acute renal faiure ARF- that is figured out by the nephrologist the next day, and correct fluids are hung. They get that straightened out.  I'm sicker than a dog. The nurses aren't doing intake and output measurements. I say to them "Look folks what's going in isn't coming out". They ask if I want to be cathed------YES------900cc.

The ARF  caused both drugs to be circulated longer than usual---whats the outcome of that? No one knew. The bladder retention--I'm supposed to be under surveillance now for the rest of my life for Bladder CA.

Yay Chevy a birthday buddy, but you are right , you ARE the older one. I was lonesome b/c being on the horse is lonesome. Chasing windmills isn't easy.  There is a youtube segment on the great danes. But must try to sleep :)

    BLUEBIRD YOO--HOOT HAVE A NICE DAY :)

Jwoot aw shucks Love you too. That's such a nice thought to wake up too. Especially since there wasn't much sleeping going on.

If you hold the control button and hit the letter "u", then you will have your words underlined!  Just thought I'd put that out there!  LOL

Hope you all have a glorious day, I'm behind in the post, but still lurking!

Was told yesterday by chiro that it may take a steroid injection for this dang tennis elbow crap to get better!  Not a fan of the steroid shot!  So I'm trying to hold off!  On a good note, my back is still better!  YAY!!  Hope I don't jinx it by mentioning it!

Tang, When you pee, try to cough while sitting. It helps empty the last few drops. It also helps to pee more often, since it's usually a full bladder that tricks you. Loved your pic.

Pawprint, Good wishes to you and Annie Mae. Does she have to wear the cone of shame? We had a kitten whose eye had to be removed. I would take the cone off at night and put him next to me in bed. The minute he stirred, I was wide awake. It was like having a new baby.

4sew, When my mouse acts up, it usually needs new batteries. Evidently playing games uses up the batteries pretty quickly.

    alert..this is a depressed vent

Bunch of girlfriends getting together tonight to wish someone goodbye. They are off to their retirement/state/new home.  I am 54,   The big topic is where r we retiring and where will that be. I just can't do it today. I can be in those discussions as long as it isn't a lot of people. To many people overwhelms me and I feel I am the only one in the whole world that won't live to retirement. Ok,,,that's a little dramatic..but u get it.

Mbc with mets in nodes, bone and bone marrow , lung, rib, and the last month my liver is killing me. Tests on Friday to see if Waldo ended up there now too.

Would like to happy for all my friends making plans for the future and waiting for grand kids . Not on the cards for me.....and today is a low day because of it.

Sorry this post isn't going to make anyone laugh....I like to keep on the humor side...not happening today

Paw print......I do hope Annie Mae and you r having a wonderful bonding day :)

Thanks for listening....u guys r great

I'm here, been seeping like crazy again????

Susan I'm so sorry u feel that way and I certainly can't give u any real advice, but if u feel that bad about this why don't u stay home instead---but then again they might talk about it for 5 mins and then other subjects will start coming up--(((BIG HUGS ))))

Aww Paw little Annie---I hope she's not in pain a lot--just hold her poor baby. When I saw the pic of the 2 dogs, one being blind, I almost cried--Our furbabies are better than some people.

Tang, sorry I left you out on the last post, how did I miss your pretty face? you are looking great!

Chevy, where did you get the winky blinky smiley with the sunglasses?  That's cool!

Blessings, love that photo for Annie Mae.

Nettie, my Mac and ipad don't have control (for the underline using that and U) key, dad's laptop does but it doesn't work...

Susan, sorry you're going through a difficult day. Happy you feel safe enough to voice your feelings here. But what I'm learning is, BC or not, most of our crystal balls don't work properly.

Sassy-pants, hoping you're feeling better too.

Quick vent....it must be physically impossible for my dh to eat food without slurping and to drink something without crunching ice. I swear it's like nails on a chalkboard and he MUST be doing it on purpose. I literally have to leave the room tonight, I feel like I have PMS x100!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

tang...I figure it is part of a neuropathy problem. Neuropathy = nerve issues. It happens to me too. Usually at night...so I call it my over sensory nerve problem. My entire body including my hearing hears everything  and feels everything way to much......I am always giving him a look and he always says .....what.......  Then he stop eating and I take an Ativan...lol.    I blame everything I can on chemo...cause it certainly couldn't be my charming personality...lol.  Ha ha ha

    Hang in there....hope u have 2 bedrooms :)

  • Hugs, hugs and more hugs for Susan.

Tang, you are beautiful! Rockin' the look!

Pawprint, hope Annie is resting comfortably and you can relax a bit now that surgery is over.

Tang, good luck tomorrow withT.a.T.t.B.a.B! You'll wake up and be a whole new you.

Sas, wait to you hear this one.  To recap, One month ago I was in the hospital with pneumonia. Ct scans and chest xrays show lots of radiation damage with the pneumonia and some suspicious areas.  Supraclavicle lymph nodes are swollen.  Doctor number one wants to do a lymph node biopsy, which is somewhat invasive because the lymph they want sits on my lung. Doctor number two says forget the lymph node, get a lung biopsy. (major surgery)  Doctor number three says, could be radiation damage, but talks to doctor number two (same hospital) and says go for lung biopsy. Doctor number four, (same hospital as doc #1) says lymph first, then lung if necessary. Sounds good to me but I get yet one more opinion with doctor I had already set up to talk about trials. Doctor #5 says he thinks it's radiation damage, but go ahead with lymph node biopsy since it was already set up.   (Okay, hope everyone was paying attention because there is going to be a quiz after this! )

Okay, so my lung lymph node biopsy is scheduled for today. It's a two hour procedure.  I'm on the table, gowned up, IV in, anesthesia prepped and ready to go, 10,000 forms signed and dated, and surgeon walks in. Feels my lymph nodes and there is nothing to feel!  After all the opinions, the lymph nodes have settled down and my lungs are clearing up. The surgeon steps into the hallway to call doctor #1 and tell him the news. I look at my husband and say with a frantic look, "WHAT SHOULD WE DO?"  My husband says, "I don't have a medical opinion!"  LOL!  The surgeon comes back in and says she's cancelling the surgery and I can go home. All the nurses and anesthesia people and we could hardly believe it but it was awesome! I got up off the table, got dressed and went home!

Ran away as fast as I could go before they changed their minds!  Nothing like a "get out of jail free card!"

First off, happy belated birthday Cami. You were the first person to talk to me on this insomniac thread on September 30, 2012 and I was complaining about the medication.

Thank you 2nd for the beautiful story of the blind dog and friend who guides it around. Yes JWoo, dogs really are amazing!

Wren, no cone of shame on Annie Mae. She's just so weak and sleeping a lot. I have the cone but she hasn't needed it yet. Blessings, I love the pc of the dog hugging the Teddy Bear, thank you :)

And for all of the rest of you sending Annie Mae love, she and I appreciate it so much. She is on antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and pain medication. Her eyes are swollen, she is sleeping a lot, eating a little food, and finally drinking water today. Oh, before I forget, thank you Nettie, for explaining how Cami did all that underlining :)......you are all a wonderful group of caring women.

Ok, I have a question, sorry if I posted before, I know I posted in a hair thread.

Have any of you experienced pain in your scalp/skull due to hair growth. I've got this weird pain that comes and goes andfof course I'm thinking the worse.  It's hard to use the two week rule because it comes and goes so much. But it really hurts when it's there.

    Ok...so where is everyone tonight?

Nettie...didn't respond cause I don't have an answer for you. Maybe cause the hair follicles are waking  up again, they are going to be sore. Mine is sore ever time it falls out...and I think it gets sore coming in too. But your hair grows cause of blood supply to your papilla. ( root).    So it would make sense that the blood is "waking" it up and maybe making it sore.  But that is just a guess.

Nettie- i know when my hair hurt going out and coming back in. My scalp was sore for weeks after it started growing.

Nettie, I had the pain like a hammer hitting the scalp when I started losing my hair but I don't recall anything when it came back in.  I see you started Aromasin in January.  I've experienced some weird sensations on Anastrozole.  Nothing in the scalp but some other weird feelings, i.e. motion after being in a car for several hours - kind of like sea legs.  I've never had that before in my life and I feel certain it was the Anastrazole and getting used to it.

Susan, Hugs. That would be a horrible conversation to sit through.

Paw, Annie Mae is probably sleeping from the pain medication. I know the one they give the shelter cats makes them very drowsy. At least she's not going to get up and clean the house or some other dumb thing like we do when we should be resting to recover.

FBB, You should send that one in to Saturday Night Live or equivalent.

2Ta, On the MAC it should be the key that either looks like an Apple or a little freeway exchange.

ok, I am here to do Ziggypop job....

Tangarang, F.B. Bird, was talking to 4sewwhat.....she is having her thigh fat, or muscle, made into a breast tomorrow. I know. Sounds painful & then she is feeding a army of people on Friday. She is a super woman, lots of teenagers, a DH, & she feeds 100s of people. I can barely feed myself...

4sewwhat, in your pocket....you are amazing...

Susan, I was so touched by your post, and dealing with social situations that are overwhelming...Everyday seems challenging, people I am comfortable with, it's hard. Folks that I do not want to interact with on  a good day, pre BC, ahhh....STFU.... I live in small town.. Your situation is obviously so much more difficult. I am so humbled by your honesty, thank you for sharing. You rock !

Going to post this cause....need to get water & pee
