Yes Theresa was just a kick! I really miss that little turd.... But at least her phone is connected, and I can call her.... Her Macular Degeneration is just terrible, and she can hardly see anything!
I had to pick her up a box of Kotex...... When she asked me to do that, I said "Well, guess that means you aren't pregnant!" She just cracked up! Her DIL was there also, fooling around with some old photo's, putting them in a frame.... and when she would correct Theresa about something, Theresa would look at me, and act so perturbed! But Judy and Steve, are why those two are still around!

Went to get some work done (like job search) but got side-tracked. Both my kids have the "school years" photo frames. Did DS's years ago (he'll be 32 in a couple weeks), stopped doing DD's after 4th grade -- she's a junior in college now!!! My inspiration: saw on FB she went to new BF's house and got to see photos of him and his twin (and she hasn't even mentioned to me that she broke off a 2-yr relationship with the last BF, I'm guessing sometime around April) so I guess it's time to finish that project. Been tracking down old grade/high school photos, which beats job search any day!

I've been in a "kiss my grits" mood for the past few days. Anybody remember that show(Mel's Diner)? Anyway, I finally called and went to see doc. My LE arm was bothering me, guess that explained the mood. It had blown up to about twice it's usual swollen size, and I couldn't get it down.
Somehow I managed to get cellulitis in it. It is a real mess. So I'm on antibiotic for it and using Ocean Potion for the burning stinging. At least it's my non dominate arm. %¥$& cancer!!!!!

Thanks no worries people worse off then me. Just found out a friend of mine has inflammatory bc, she didnt tell me, called her at work n left a message. Haven't heard back, she is younger than me.
Of course I am still up, still cant sleep, was up sort of early this morning cause grandchildren were here. Have an appt with the pulmonary dr on Thursday, he will probably put me on prednisone cause he talked about it the last time I was there. So I should get used to being up late.

)Feeling yucky today, very tired and getting congested...another cold I'm guessing. Sitting here watching Extreme Weight Loss on TV. Hope to get energy soon so I can start working out. I decided to stop using the iPhone sleep app after seeing the phones catching on fire while plugged in. It showed a burn hole in a mattress where the phone was placed. So Cami, you can't sleep with your phone anymore ok
Still hot here in southern California....I left work early today, my car temp gauge read 108 just before I pulled into my garage. We're in a drought here...and this afternoon on Sunset blvd an underground water pipe broke sending billions of gallons of water into the streets and school campus and athletic fields...and yet if we water our lawns too much we are fined 500 bucks! But the city, and their 100 year old underground water pipes that keep breaking just get their hands slapped. Now, they need to turn off the main water valve to the surrounding neighborhood and make the repairs. I wonder how long that area of Los Angeles will suffer on these hot days without water. Just ranting....

Yes Susan..... A NEW POLE! That's what I need... Ha, ha! I just put batteries in my spiffy new folding cane, with the "head-light" and the stand-alone base! NOW I can go walk out in that alley at MIDnight, and never fear of falling! I tried it last night.... well, not in the alley, but it lights up the whole damn ROOM! Yay!
I might use it when we go to Orlando, that is if it is safe to go there then....

Pawprint, I saw that on the news, about that water-main break on campus! I know what you mean, about water restrictions... And then you drive around somewhere, and some big companies water sprinkler system is shooting water 50 feet high for no apparent reason!
