I'm in NY and thanks for the advice. We have a puppy who braves the rain and the snow in the past, we opened the back door for him today and he took a few steps backwards and then looked at us like we're crazy.

That is a catty looking dog, indeed. Cute nonetheless! There's a sign here in NZ that we think means no dogs, as it has the "no" symbol with an animal in it. But it is like the most deformed looking dog ever. So...no deformed dogs? Not sure.
