Loverly Geodon is the new Haldol. My first exposure to it was after calling the code for a patient out of control. After a bunch of security guards showed up. One of them said something like "Get a Geodon order". Had to look it up. Got the order. It was so cool. Knocked them out without the Haldol side effects. After that I was right on top of it.

Was very worried though when the sub contractor guy who was building my fence, said he was on Geodon. ........Thought hmmmm don't want to piss this guy off.... Then I had to have him taken off the job b/c he majorly screwed up the installation of a 3500$ gate(for the dogs).......he called multiple times.....it was scary......

Loverly, No sweetie, the way it goes down when someone's out of control varies. Safety of patient & staff is most important. I had great skill at calming patients. LOL post incidents, I'd think 'How did I do that'......But the times Geodon (haldol in the day) was needed...trust me it was needed.

Yikes!!! Scary! I think some schizophrenics have history of meth abuse ( and of course some as a result of genetic disorder). I have a cousin who is S. He was such an intelligent and talented guy. Really sad

Loverly, Have you noticed on W&F's I haven't taken the pic down of the candle holder? She's such an angel on your counter. The light makes her beautiful. I miss her. Sounds crazy, I know. Glass people are different. Same with a love of anything else. Like Smarrty and quilting.
