Yes Barbe - Atlantic Puffins. Just back from a bird watching / Photoraphing trip to Great Saltees Island (off South Coast of Ireland).

Auks (guillemots, puffins, razorbills) fly very like Grammy's humming birds!! Fat hummingbirds with dangling feet (orange feet for puffins) - that's the puffins and razorbills! And large black and white hummingbirds - that's the guillemots. Incredible.

LOVE the puffin with the flowers! Looks fake! We call that a Disney _________. Whatever seems over-the-top like, say a bird tweeting, we call a Disney bird, or Disney puffin or whatever. Get it?

That could be one of many, many lakes here in Ontario. I think I read somewhere that Canada has more lakes than the rest of the world put together. I think it said Ontario, but I'm going to say Canada. My province has one area alone known as 10,000 Lakes!

What a beautiful bird house! Wondering if the field of clover is cultivated? For honey bees? Flavouring?

I agree, the birdhouse is so pretty! When can I move in? :-)

No bee hive boxes noticed close to the field. DH says no, it is high priced feed for cattle.

The birdhouse - You would have to fight over it with this little girl - she was in the tree buzzing around it.
