Told "probably benign" and to come back in 6 months

What do you mean hasnt conpletely dried up like you can squeeze and milk comes out? Im worried sometimes when i squeeze my nipple not all the timw but sometimes if i squeeze it hard enough white stuff comes out. I had that problem since i was 8
