My home in Oregon. When I started this topic in 2015, I just wanted slow paced peaceful views for all, especially Stage 4 friends to look at slowly without scrolling through page after page. Being able to take time to Breathe and just view one photo. I am now wondering if the pace is too fast and we all need to slow it down. I don't feel I'm breathing and calming myself in this topic anymore. Just wanted all to know my feelings about this.

Gma - Just my thoughts... There are only a couple of people posting. I feel if each person posts only one photo per day there's time to meditate on the offerings. Of course some scenes won't interest everyone, but there are always some I go back to over and over. For me, those are the water pictures - oceans, rivers, streams, ponds.
You've done an amazing job keeping up with this thread over the years. We all so appreciate your continuing guidance and contributions. Hard to believe it's coming up on 150 pages. I don't take photos but I do check this thread every day. And several times a week a picture strikes a chord and I find my self slowing down & actually moving into the picture to live with it for awhile. As I said above, these are just my thoughts

I find myself looking forward to the pics, and I usually stop and reflect on each one. SoCalLisa - you have been to some wonderful places - thanks for sharing the pics. Occasionally, I come across something to share - mostly shots taken by college pal, who lives on the shores of Lake Erie.
