Bisphosonates - strange side effects

Has anyone suffered strange side effects? I've been on Actonel/ Riseondrate for a couple if months. Suddenly I have irregular heart rate and strange back and hip pains (all to be investigated of course). Angie

    sorry i didnt have irregular heartbeat while on denosumab. However two days ago i got my first zometa. Yesterday was rough, the flu-like symptoms hit me, but what concerns me is this morning I woke up with swollen and painful knees! Has anybody else experienced this? Is it reversible
