Didn’t achieve pCR. Next steps for TNBC?
I didn’t achieve pCR after DMX. My oncologist doesn’t feel like Xeloda is aggressive enough for my next line of treatment for my TNBC. Trodelvy is on the table, but she’s also looking for drug trials I might be eligible for. Looking for others in a similar situation - what are you taking and what side effects are you experiencing?

@mkshel89, welcome to Breastcancer.org! We are sorry you have to be here for this reason, but glad you found us.
So sorry you haven’t gotten any replies yet, and we hope this post helps bring some attention from members who can share their experiences. In the meantime, here’s an article from our main site that covers some common treatment options for triple-negative breast cancer. It might give you a bit of clarity while you're exploring options with your oncologist.
Hope this helps! Let us know how you're doing. We're here for you!

TNBC here currently on Keynote 522 neoadjuvatant.
Have you had your tumor(s) tested for biomarkers? If there are biomarkers, it could open up additional kinds of intervention. I really want to find out if I have any, but must wait for surgery.
So far, chemo has only kept the tumor the same size; there has been no shrinkage.
Best wishes to you. Keep us informed!
