My cancer 20 years ago was HER2+. I'm looking at stage IV and I'm devasted.

    I just got dx after almost 20 years. I have pulmonary nodules and need supplemtal oxygen. I am almost one week into Ibrance with Anastrozole. I am devastated too.

    I have no words. I never thought I would end up back here, especially with such a grim diagnosis. I hope your treatment goes well.
