Diagnosed with LCIS and ALH on the right breast and ADH on the left
Diagnosed with LCIS and ALH on the right breast (affected area: 10cm8cm5cm) and ADH on the left breast. Lots of lumps on both breast.
One surgeon suggest excisional biopsy for both affected area. It will include removal of part of affected area of right breast.
Second surgeon said I can consider bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction at the same time as i am in 30 to 40% risk.
Not sure what to do.
Can you please share your experience?

I hope you're doing well, since this post is about 2 months old. I had ADH and chose bilateral mastectomy with aesthetic flat closure. I did an excisional biopsy first to rule out cancer.
