Bra recommendations

double mastectomy in May with expanders. Radiation finished in September. I have a lot of swelling on one side. I don’t usually wear a bra because my sports bras feel like they make the swelling worse by the end of the day. Any recommendations for a bra that also helps to drain lymph nodes and can help with breast swelling?

    The hospital gave me this, and I kept using it until I could just wear regular bras.

    There are compression bras and vests for those with breast lymphedema. In order to get the right product and fit it would be a good idea to make an appointment with a lymphedema therapist who could help choose the right garment and measure for the correct size.
