Gym and running ( or we are done for lifetime )

@zohra, you will most definitely be able to return to your workouts after your DMX and DIEP reconstruction! We've had members in our support groups that have returned to tennis, competitive swimming, and half-marathons after their DIEP, so it is certainly doable, as long as you are recovered and given clearance from your medical team. Hopefully some can chime in on here and share their success stories!
