how do you deal with the fatigue and no appetite

I’m not sure where you are in your journey. I had chemo, single mastectomy then radiation. Fatigue was definitely an issue, but wasn’t horrible for me. I walked every day outside. Some days it was only 15 minutes, other days it was 30 or 60. I tried to go in the morning, because I had more energy then. The walking helped me physically, mentally and emotionally.
Each day I tried to take care of anything that I needed to do that day in the morning, if possible, I felt better in the mornings and had more energy then. In the afternoons, I would be kind to myself and nap (if needed) or watch some tv or read for a while. The hour or two of down time helped me get through the remainder of the day. Be kind to yourself- your body and mind are going through a lot!
I had some issues with appetite during chemo, so I would snack on some nutritious things throughout the day.I hope this helps. Make sure to talk to your dr & nurses. The nurses always have helpful tips - they are amazing!
