HI dear sisters.
I had to go back to urgent care for the third time on Thursday. I was pretty sure I had a sinus infection and that was confirmed. So I am on another antibiotic. I have been so lightheaded and fatigued during these last many weeks that I am praying that God will heal whatever it is. I hope you have a wonderful weekend. We had tornados rip through IL and our neighborhood sustained some tree damage. I had a parkway tree that some of it ended up in the street. I went out on Thursday after picking up my new meds and drug it to the lawn. I was suprised the City picked it up so quickly. One neighbor around the corner was not so fortunate. A very large portion of a parkway tree fell on the neighbors yard. Our tornado sirens went off. I remember trying to coax Cammie into my guest bathroom. She was never happy about that. I have not heard of any injuries but Streator another town in IL got hit really bad and they found a man buried under the rubble of his house. He sustained injuries but was fortunate to be found alive.
Take care everyone,
Love,
Nancy

Oh dear, Nancy. I'm sad and sorry that this illness is so stubborn and persistent. I pray that your PCP can get to the bottom of what is going on and put you on the road to recovery. I'm glad that you and your home are safe from the recent storms. What a terrifying ordeal for the man in Streator. I hope he fully recovers from his injuries.
Chris, your yard and plantings sound lovely. Red, purple, or white … Salvia is a beautiful plant and will attract pollinators of all sorts.
Mphayescpa, cold capping was not covered by my insurance plan so I did not use it during chemotherapy. In fact, I do not recall seeing anyone in the cancer unit using a cold capping system. Your cancer center's nurse navigator will be a great resource to you for cold capping information.
Wheatfields, it can be difficult to find an understanding doctor (and especially if one is looking for multiple patients). My family in the Midwest is limited to using the Avera Health system, and there aren't lot of doctors to choose from in their rural communities. I pray that you and your nurse friend find a compassionate and patient doctor for your care close to home.
Wishing everyone a safe and relaxing weekend.

I have developed a UTI again. This time I called the virtual urgent care and got a prescription and then had Walmart deliver it so I could start it quickly. I am a little nervous about not calling my oncologist first about it, but last month the oncologist office made me drive into the hospital to a lab to give a sample and it turned out to be negative so they made me wait for more symptoms. I spent two hours for that, but I know the signs and this time I am sure of it. The virtual care doc assured me it was compatible with Taxol and I did look it up. She did suggest I call my oncologist and I will do that, but of course it is a weekend. I just feel too poorly to get up and out so I understand Nancy how frustrating your urgent care trips have become. I continue to pray for healing for you.

Nancy, I am so sorry to read that you are still struggling with this ongoing illness and praying that you soon find relief and are able to get the rest that you need. Also that your yard work will fall into place with some of your neighbors help. I did read about the tornado in IL and thought of you. We've had a few tornado watches but nothing real close yet.
Chris, I am sorry to hear that you have another UTI and pray that the new prescription will be effective.
Hershey - Avera is who we have to choose from! Unless one goes out of town a distance there isn't a lot to choose from. I think we both liked the one who retired so well that we are having a hard time. Although the other day my nurse friend thought she would be okay with this new one when she went to her for a wellness check. We don't necessarily have to go to the same doctor. So I'm still "thinking" about it. Praying for you a safe and relaxing weekend too!
Teka - thank you for your rose bloom picture!
mphayescpa - I don't have any experience with cold capping, but we will certainly be praying for you!
Love, Wheatfields

Well, I am a worrier. A worrier is a noun that describes someone who spends an excessive amount of time fretting, overthinking, or anticipating negative outcomes. Yep, that's me. I met with my PA today and she immediately picked up on my UTI and that I was taking Keflex. I told her I called the virtual urgent care, etc., and she said yes, I did the right thing. Especially since it was a Saturday. That was it. She asked if it was helping, and then moved on. I am such a dork! The rest of the appointment went well and she said I was doing well on the Taxol. When will I learn to just turn it all to the Lord, trust, and move on. This is an old conversation for me…thanks for listening.

Chris, my human nature is to worry as well. It is a constant battle so I really understand. I hope your med is taking care of knocking out that UTI. I am sorry that you have to endure another one. I am very happy to hear that your PA not only was glad you reached out to the virtual urgent care for your UTI and that she thinks you are doing well on Taxol. That is all good news but I am sorry you had to go through all of the worry.
I am sorry I haven't been posting much lately. I got very nauseated on Saturday night and hardly slept all night and then was still nauseated most of Sunday. I ate an apple that had a very funny taste and I should have just thrown it out but I thought it will be okay. So I am not sure if it was my new antibiotics which I have never experienced nausea before or the apple but I am okay now.
Last night I got very little sleep as I was so concerned about the fact that our landscaping company that we have had the past four years is really not doing their job that we are paying them to do. I finally got up very early today and vented to the AI on my computer. It gave me some really good insight and some ways of responding to this situation since I am the designated liason from our HOA board. Since being sick for so long my usual filter has come off and I have been very blunt with our account manager. He is fairly new and I really miss the young lady that we had previously who was so good. Our president who is now very ill and we are having him keep the title as president in name only and using him for consultations as he is very good with business, finance and dealing with our lawyers. I would have asked him to intervene in this situation in the past but I won't do that now. So this is another thing to add to my list of worries that I am having to lay at Jesus feet to take these burdens from me.
I have my xray guided hip injection on Thursday. One of my neighbors who is my driver was I think trying to talk me out of going through with it but I assured that I don't want to postpone again. My cough started getting worse after doing much better but tonight after using my inhaler it does help so I think I can manage the 30 min procedure without coughing. I have been having pain clear down my leg on that same side and I am really hoping this will help what I think is referred pain. It has been really hurting while trying to sleep the last few weeks.
Wheatfields, I hope you can find a doctor that you will feel comfortable with. How is your leg doing? Are you still in PT?
Teka, I have a lot of buds on my roses with all the rain we have had. My neighbor pruned them for me. I haven't even looked at them too much though. I hope you are enjoying the season now but I think the East was getting our bad storms.
Hershey, I hope you are enjoying all of your home improvements. I had my handyman here yesterday to to install and replace my dining room light that was another carpet layer accident. I had to squeeze him in before he left for Florida for a few months. I didn't even think about how difficult it will be to clean and replace light bulbs in this new fixutre. I just thought it was very pretty. LOL My handyman said the glass was very delicate. He suggested blowing out any dust with a keyboard canister of air. I guess nothing is easy when it comes to renovations.
I hope you all have a great week.
Love,
Nancy

teka, the UTI has returned so keflex did not work. Of course it is a Sunday and Father's Day so the PCP office would take a couple of days to get an appointment and a med. So, I called the virtual doc again and low and behold, I got an appointment and spoke with a doctor and was able to pick up a different antibiotic on our way to our Father's Day dinner. So I hopefully can get some relief quicker. If this one doesn't work, I will call the PCP and/or oncologist and go to a lab and get all the proper help. All the labs were closed today anyways and I am part of a huge healthcare system so we are talking at least a dozen labs. The only way for me to get to a lab would have been by going through the ER—not happening.
Otherwise we just went to dinner for Father's Day. My DH had to drive two hours one-way to DIA late last night and pick up my DD and DGD because they missed their commuter flight after being delayed out of Orlando. But they got home safe and their luggage was delivered this afternoon so we are good.
Nancy, how are you feeling? Are you still feeling relief from your injection? I have been thinking of you.
My DS is wanting to FaceTime so I need to close.
Blessings!

Teka, We had non stop rain all day on Father's Day. Yes, I am also hoping for a sunny July. Our summer long range forecast is to be hot and wetter than usual. It has been cool but wet so far.
Chris, I am so sorry to hear that your UTI came back. I am glad to hear that you were able to get on an antibiotic. Thank you Lord for virtual visits. I hope you were able to enjoy you Father's Day outing.
I took my last antibiotic yesterday and am supposed to start on this oral stuff which I just ordered from Amazon. It is a probitoc lozenge which I just realized today I was supposed to start today. I am going to a meeting. This will be my first outing other than medical stuff and grocery runs. Hopefully getting my life back one step at a time.
My hip injection went very well. However I may have experienced a few days of a cortisone flare with a bad headache. Of course my headache could have been caused my my sinus infection and neck so who knows. I just know I am feeling better and I am so glad. The hip injection may take a few days to actually start working. My neck injection reached its peak a couple of week ago so I am doing fine with that but have been doing a lot of resting so once I resume activities hopefully it will keep working.
I have been ordering things for my trip as if money grew on trees. So many things I have learned to help my safety and well being in the high elevation and high UV rays. The fact I was ready to jump back into my planning I knew I was feeling much better than i have been.
My handyman is coming today after my meeting to fix the latch on my dryer. You know, the one I thought I could fix myself. LOL My exterminator gave it a try and failed and that is when I realized if he couldn't do it I was probably not going to either but I tried.
Have a good week everyone. I pray for good health for everyone.
Love,,
Nancy

Nancy, I am so glad you are feeling better and that your injections are working. I know how anxious you are to feel well for your trip. Since I live in the high country everyday at 7000 ft, let me advise you to make sure you drink lots of water. I know it is a pain and that it will mean more frequent bathroom breaks, but water does help avoid altitude headaches and lethargy. Coloradans know this and even our kids have water bottles beside their desks at school. If you already know this, forgive me, but I want you to enjoy your trip. I have a water bottle with me 24/7. I push water on our guests too!
My antibiotics haven't kicked in fully yet, but I can get up and around. My house cleaner comes today so I need to make sure the house is ready. My DH tends to prefer convenience over aesthetics so he has little piles in places that need cleaning. I like a house cleaner because it makes him put things away. It is also easy for me to fall into his habit. I know, one should be able to just let the house cleaner do it all, but she only has delegated so much time for the money and I don't want her wasting time moving things. We also have added a large humidifier to the living room to help me with my coughing which accompanies both my meds and the dryness. (Colorado Springs is very dry and usually stays in the 30% area often dropping into the teens.) It has helped enormously, but it releases a white film everywhere. The really bad part is I have dark wood floors. We will have to find another solution as I struggle to live with this film everywhere.
I am praying for a good day for everyone here.

Chris, I hope your antibiotic kicks in very soon. I am hoping the same with my hip injection. I have had a bad headache again today so I just don't know if that is part of the cortisone flare or my sickness I have had for so long. I will be seeing my pcp on July 2 as a follow up since he hasn't seen me at all during this long sickness.I am very tired today as I had a meeting with some other homeowners discussing our landscaping company which has been pretty awful this year. So we will see what happens.
I need to get off of here and get to bed. I am so tired and I just wish this headache would leave for good. I am sure you would want your UTI to leave for good too. Let's pray that for each other. My handyman came and fixed the door clamp in my dryer. I cannot tell you how thriled that was to not have to use a floor mop handle to anchor the door closed so the dryer would stay on. All the little things like that that we take for granted until they don't work.
Have a good night,
Love
Nancy

Praying for each of you on the road to feeling much better! I have an appointment out of town today at the cancer center for a yearly mammogram and every third year it is a contrast one (with IV) which is this year. Praying for a good report.
Love and prayers,
Wheatfields

Wheatfields, praying for a good report from your mammogram and a safe trip.
Nancy, of course you have my continual prayers. Glad you got your dryer fixed and that you finally will get to see your PCP.
0 -
Wheatfields, I am praying for you as I know this is stressful not only for a long drive but the fact you have the contrast today. Praying for peace and calm during the procedure and for a good report and of course safe driving.
Chris, how are you doing on your new antibiotic? I am sure praying that it will knock out this infection.. How was your visit with your son's family? It was fun seeing a picture of your DIL and grandson helping plant your flowers.
Thank you for your prayers. I appreciate those so much. I am attemptiing to tackle a very big day for me in my recovery. I am getting groceries in a couple of hours. Then I am going to clean my laundry room and mop my floor. I have a dryer vent guy coming tomorrow and I am praying that once he cleans out the vent which is on top of my garage that my dryer will perform better. Then I have my Zoom Bible study tonight which I have had to miss several in this study of 12 women of the Bible. Baby steps at this point.
Teka and Hershey, I hope you have a wonderful week and everyone as well.
Love,
Nancy

Nancy, praying that all went well today and that you are feeling better each day! Chris, praying that the new antibiotic clears away the UTI and that you soon feel relief. Praying also for Hershey and Teka that you have a blessed week.
Praise the Lord the mammogram went well and so did the gal doing the contrast and also, a good report. I am so thankful and grateful for your prayers!
Love and prayer,

Wheatfields, I am so glad to hear everything went well today and with a good report. Great news!!!
I got everything accomplished that I wanted today which is a miracle. That is a confirmation that I am hopefully fully recovered. To be able to do all of that when I have not been sick would have been a lot for me but considering all it tells God has been healing me and is continuing to do so.
Have a wonderful night.
Love,
Nancy

Teka, UTI is gone…I think. Crossed fingers worked! Now to increase my energy.
Nancy, I concur with Teka and will add prayers to help strengthen the get-well vibes! So happy you are getting things accomplished.
Wheatfields, love good reports. I always have a big sigh when the reports come in well.
We have multiple fires all around the state and the winds continue to be strong and the weather hot, so prayers are appreciated. We lost three firefighters to the Colorado/Utah fire already. It has been 13 years since the last bad fire in our area but the foliage is dry and ready for another one. I fear the Fourth of July next week. I know our country and planet has many needs and woes and I pray people will turn to God before they are lost.

Good morning ladies,
Teka, keep those fingers crossed and prayers coming. I have been hitting a wall of fatigue the last few days. I need to slow down a bit but much of this has to do with my HOA responsibilities. Many issues with our landscaping company which is my lane and has required much of my time this week. The meeting we had with our account manager sparked immediate action. There was a great flurry of activity in our yards on M, T and Sat. Then the complaints started coming in which I address. Oh my. I am glad your doctor apts are done until Aug. I will see my pcp on Thursday.
Chris, I am so glad your UTI is finally gone. I hope that means you will feel so much better in general. I have been watching updates on the fires. Since I will be doing a lot of driving in Utah I am concerned and I know you are too in Colorado. We have had so much rain and I sure wish your state and all those that desperately need rain will get some relief with several good downpours.
My weekend has been very strange indeed. I did make it back to church as it has been weeks. When I left there was a large garbage container full, overflowing with bags of garbage on my front sidewalk. When I got home from church neighbors came out and were taking pictures of this garbage when I was as well. The word is it had been sitting behing a restaurant near us for days. A couple of neighbors came over and pushed it down the side of my house to an area where hopefully no one could smell it.
On Saturday I was out inspecting the work the landscapers were doing and there were many branches from a bad storm we had a couple of weeks ago still on a neighbors parkway from a tree that was partially blown down. I was driving out of our neighborhood and saw him coming down his driveway so I rolled down my window and asked if he had call the City. Long story short he started asking me when the HOA was going to replace his bushes that connect our driveways. When I told him that was his responsiblity he just went off on me he was so angry. It was probably a good thing I was in my car at that point. He got very nasty and we both left knowing the conversation was not going anywhere. It was quite upsetting but I was on my way to buy some flowers and then felt better after getting back home. Then I found a used condom in my front yard. It just has been a weird and unsettling last few days.
I hope everyone has a great week. I will see my pcp on Thursday. I am not convinced that my ear is not still inflamed. I am having a terrible time with my leg and unless this hip injection I had takes more time to be effective my whole leg is so bad I can hardly walk from a sitting position. I did swallow my pride and asked United Airlines if I could have wheelchair assistance for my Aug. 8 flight so that takes a big concern off of my shoulders. I may seek out my muscle therapist I saw for 20 yrs when I was teaching. The last I knew she was working from her home only. She is not cheap but if anyone can get this leg better she can.
We had a particular lawn application today to prevent grub worms and we ALL have to water our lawns so I need to get busy. I have a pretty large area to cover with large parkways on both sides of my house and a big lot compared to some in our HOA community. If it helps with no grubs I'm all for that but today starts a dangerous heat wave with high temps and high humidity. UGH
Love,
Nancy

Wow Nancy, your HOA duties have certainly kept you busy! I totally understand what you are up against having served on an HOA in San Diego. I actually had a condo member offer to sit down with me over a glass of wine so I would vote a certain way on the security fence we were putting up around our pool. I declined of course. After we moved he got elected to the board, but the fence was already up and it was in the correct place for the good of the HOA. My DH is part of ours here, mainly because he has multiple antennas and wires stretched across our roof and back yard for his HAM radio,. Legally the HOA must allow it as it provides a public service and so far there have been no complaints that we know. They are regulated in height and we are very compliant and you actually can't see them unless you are really looking for them. Of course we discuss this with our direct neighbors.
I think that illegal trash dumping is a citable offense and I think I would call code compliance in your area.
Teka my prayers continue for you.
0 -
Hi Chris,
Yes, you are correct about the citable offense. I have called the City and emailed them a picture of the offense. The smell was so bad after my neighbors moved this down the sidewalk for me I took a sniff and it set off a coughing spell for me that would not stop. Unfortunately I talked to the wrong dept in person and then when I was transfered to the correct dept I had to leave a voice mail and got cut off before I was finished. This season has been one thing after another regarding our HOA.
I have never had anyone try to bribe me for a vote even though we had one resident who tried to influence his area of our small neighborhood when he was trying to get back on the HOA board. I had a long talk with him and I basically said if you don't like the rules here you are certainly free to move. He took me up on that a few years later and moved to Italy. LOL I doubt they have HOA's there.
Take care.
Love,
Nancy

Teka, if I had only known. The cliche no good deed goes unpunished would be appropriate for this scenario. I am glad that God gave me great restraint. I didn't raise my voice but when he would say inappropriate or untrue things I would just say don't say that. Oh well. We all have to cope with unpleasant people from time to time and I chalk this up to that.
Today we had a special grub application as some people last summer lost some of their yards to grub worms. I had that unpleasant experience many years ago when I was quite younger than I am now. So we added grub treatment to our landscaping services this year. The company told us we would need to water our lawns 15-20 minute within 24 hrs of the application for it to be effective. Oh my goodness. The hottest day of the year so far was today. I got more steps today compared to the last many years as I moved my sprinkler from place to place so I could cover my whole yard. It took me four hours but it is done. Those little critters better not even show their litte destructive selves in my yard or anyone elses either.
Have a good night.
Love,
Nancy

Nancy, I'm sorry that you had to talk to an angry resident and so glad that you knew how to handle it and the Lord kept you safe. Also, will be praying for all the HOA responsibilities you have. And that you continue on the road to recovery and feeling better.
Chris, so thankful to hear the UTI is gone and praying that you continue feeling better. Also, that the wildfires disappear.
Teka, praying for you as well and Hershey too!
I'm leaving Saturday for AZ to visit my sister and brother in law. I know it'll be nice and warm there, but at least they don't have the humidity we have. My nurse friend is doing fairly well, she does struggle with memory after those TIA's, her sister's son has cancer and so that is a major concern for her sister.
Love and prayer,
Wheatfields

Welcome to July!
wheatfields,
I wish you a safe fun trip to visit family in AZ.
I had enough rhubarb from tiny rhubarb patch to bake a rhubarb pie earlier in the week.
Family gobbled up.
I had 1 piece, but not crazy over sour rhubarb pie.
0 -
Wheatfields,
I pray for a safe trip for you to AZ to visit your sister and BIL. I pray that you will have a good visit and your sister will settle in to her facility and not be so anxious to go "home". I hope your leg is doing much better. Thanks for your prayers.
Teka, your rhubarb pie looks delicious. I am not sure if I have ever eaten one. I think maybe because I remember the sour taste. Obviously your family thought it was great!!
Chris, I am concerned about these wildfires and I know you are too. How close are these fires to your town? I know you have been concerned weeks ago because of the drought. How are you feeling?
My trip to Utah may be much different than I was expecting. AI told me to check the Utah weather and fire situation before canceling my trip. I doubt if I will be canceling my trip. I have already spent too much on hotels and clothes etc to back out now. I know one of the highways I will be driving is part of the wildfires in Beaver, Utah. Maybe more smoke hazard at this point. I am praying for rain and for the firefighters to get control of this. I heard a few firefighters died from Co. recently. What a horrible thing.
Hershey, I hope you are doing okay. We are sweltering in heat index of 108. I imagine your area may be much worse. Keep safe. I know gardening in this weather is a huge challenge. My neighbor has a pretty large garden and they have put a protective tarp over their garden so the heat won't burn all of their plants. Take care.
I have an unspoken prayer request. A teenager that I have known since she was born was the victim of an horrific sextortion nightmare. The group is called 764 which many have heard of. I never had. I knew this young girl had been at an out of state facility for many weeks but I just found out why. I don't want to go into the horrific details of the torture that she has endured but you can look it up. I had no idea such evil even existed like this. My prayer is that she will be able to come out of this mentally and physically sound. She is dealing with all sorts of issues now as you can imagine. This was playing an innocent online game that many young people play and are then lured into these horrific plots without knowing what is going on.
Take care,
Love,
Nancy

Nancy, I have heard of this group and we have discussed this type of thing with our DGD. So many kids say 67 thinking it is a grade thing. We have set her straight. I will definitely add your friend to my prayer list. I hope the fires don't ruin your planned vacation. Hopefully they will get those in Utah knocked down within this next month.
The fires are scary but so far not too close to us yet. Three firemen died in the Snyder fire which has grown over 30,000 acres now and is still at 0 containment. It's the one that straddles the Colorado/Utah border. There is a closer one that has burned over 36,000 acres and is south of us and is also not contained yet. FEMA is sending help to that one and the National Guard has been called out. There are multiple fires closer but not as large, yet. We do have smoke to deal with and I wear a mask when I am outside. They have cancelled all of the professional firework shows in Colorado Springs (I think there were seven of them) and we are at stage II which is a big deal. I won't tell you all of the limits here as it is a long list, but you can only have a bar b que that uses propane or a contained liquid which means we can't use our pellet smoker. So we will just grill hamburgers on the small propane grill. The fourth is one of my hard SE days anyways so my SIL and my DH will do all the cooking. I have given up on my daughter picking up that mantle…
Wheatfields I will also add you to the prayer list although you are on it for this forum every day in a general way already. Teka you are too. My list is growing! My DH has a cousin who lives in England and is a Reformed Catholic. She also has a prayer ministry and her list is two pages long! Mine is not that large, but she took hers to the prayer wall in Italy and nailed it there. She calls me once in a while. I met her on our two trips to England and she instantly became a good friend.
I'll close. Stay safe everyone.

Nancy, I will join you in wishing everyone a safe and (relatively) quiet Independence Day weekend. We are under air quality alerts due to smoke from the Utah-Colorado wildfires. Our brave firefighters are exhausted, and I am thankful that many holiday fireworks displays have been cancelled. Most jurisdictions are prohibiting all personal fireworks (including sparklers and fountains), charcoal grills, fire pits, etc. Only items that can be "turned off" rather than "put out" are allowed for the foreseeable future.
June and July are our "appointment" months: dental, vision, annual physicals, skin checks, hair cuts, etc. My blood work is off, so I have several follow-up lab appointments scheduled this month as well.
Pastor John begins radiation therapy this month. He'll continue to receive Gemzar chemotherapy (his oncologist discontinued the Abraxane). He has lost some weight yet continues to preach and maintain his joy and wit.
Take good care, everyone. I pray that God surrounds you all with His strength, protection, and wisdom.
0 -
Hersheykiss, I will also join you ladies in hoping for a safe July 4th. We are under the same fire watch so I understand your comments. We live in CO Springs and the smoke is fierce. Thank you for the update on Pastor John. I continue to pray for him everyday and I pray the radiation treatments combined with God's healing touch will heal him. I admire him for continuing to preach and lead the church during his treatment. June was my annual appointments month also and they tell me I am doing well although it has been a bit tough. I will continue along the same course of treatment for awhile longer or until God tells me something different.
May God bless you all and cover you with His Almoghty wings of love.

Dear Ladies,
Praying for you all a safe 4th of July weekend too - May the Lord bless you and keep you in the hallow of His hand.

Hi. My name is Cheryl. I thought I had posted a comment on here already, but apparently not. I’m 73 and was diagnosed with ILC, stage 1a in May. Underwent a lumpectomy along with 4 sentinel nodes and am hoping to start radiation next week. My husband and and I have been married for 52 years. We have a daughter who has 2 adopted daughters and our son, who we adopted, has one daughter. So 3 beautiful granddaughters - 7 years, 17 months and 11 months. I also have a sweet but neurotic 2-year old Shepherd mix and a 10- month old Golden Retriever puppy. Since our kids are out on their own, the pups are my babies until the grandkids visit. 😊 I am so blessed because both kids live within half an hour of us.
I am also thankful to find a Christian group. My mantra from the beginning of this has been l am in God’s hands and His will be done. I’m sure that’s the only reason that I have been at peace with this diagnosis. I’m a little anxious about the upcoming radiation and followings medications, but I know He will get me through. I’ll be praying for all going through this.

Hi Cheryl, and welcome to our little group! I'm glad that you found us. Please post as much or as little as you wish. We are here to support and encourage you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Again, welcome!
