Originally, I had a headful of beautiful chestnut brown hair - it was so pretty that I never put frosting (old name for highlights) or anything else on it and then the ageing fairy turned the color to a mousy brown when she started putting in grays....then I started the coloring, highlighting, etc. Now I'm bald and I have a feeling when it starts coming back in it will be more white than any other color - Ugh
