It is way toooo windy out here in Colorado.....2 wild fires are being fought...one started with a downed electric bowl.....always hate hearing about the wild fires......
spent a good part of the day working on taxes and paying bills....went out with DD at 4 or so to get fro yo and go to the store....am I having too much fun!!! now tonight, like DorK, I have work to do.....have to finish reports for staffings tomorrow.....
Tomorrow is DD#2 b'day....she is 14.....she wanted gift cards, and last Sunday I picked up two at the mall....Urban Outfitters and Forever 21....was trying to decide on a 3rd....and couldn't make up my mind.....I asked her today what her top 3 favorites cards she wanted and she named 3 or 4 then asked me if I hadnn't bought any yet....I told her I did.....was thinking okay, I'll get another one online....then I told her I was stopping at the grocery store to get her card cuz I wanted to get sweet potatoe fries....so she thought I said gift cards.....BUT guess what, that gave me the idea to get her last present there...it was a little more than I wanted to spend ($25...wanted to spend $18....but got it anyways.....so now she also has a gift card for H & M....problem is the closest store here is downtown, so I will have to see the store myself......She wants me to get her donut holes in morning and then she wants steak for dinner.....Does she sound spoiled???!!! Not really, just loved!!!! Oh geeze....just forgot that I still need to make her b'day cookie (instead of a b'day cake)...she wants chocolate chip.....so add that to the agenda tonight....and it won't be decorated...just a large cookie made in a pizza pan!!! Oh yeah...she asked Daddy to take her to lunch tomorrow at Chipotle...It will be a great b'day
Going to go put up the fries and then having cut up veggies and left over corned beef!!!!
Hope to BBL....time to open a bottle of wine and hope it will improve my pissy mood!

As for your doc, I say go for it. There is nothing like a patient wanting to cancel a procedure to get a doctor's attention.

- 1 shot vanilla vodka
- 1 shot banana liqueur

Doing good, ladies! Got home around 9:30, slept till 2:30! Dunno why I had to be there at 5:30am, as he scheduled FOUR of us for 7am, and of course even though I arrived first (5:15), I was last on the schedule. But DH ran into a buddy he used to work with and travel with, his wife was having same thing as I was, so they got to chat the entire time. I DID picture all of you there, as I was next to some lockers (in bed) while waiting to go to the OR (and lala land)....had not had lala land shot yet, so was thinking normally (as normal as I can...lol). Anyway I pictured all you HTL loungettes having a party in the lockers!!!
Thanks for all the love and caing! Now I can't wait to hear how Dorkiepoo's appt went, and hope she and ScoobyDoo get to meet up today!!!

Yuppers, wese is "some ol' shoes"....dat is sooo funnneeeee! I got onto DH for leaving me the lortab (hydrocodone) and NOT reminding me to take it with food. He thought I would remember the nurse telling me that in recovery....WTH??? Didn't he realize I was so out of it then???? Silly men! Starting to wear off a bit, but still feel horrid with it. Pain was only starting, I am sure now that tylenol would have taken care of it.
Lisa, SO hate to hear that the effexor is making you feel bad....but now that is on the prev page, and I forget what you said about it. Hoping you can sleep well tonight (without the darn hot flashes keeping you up), and that you will feel so much better tomorrow. Did you get to meet Dotty today?
