Great show tonight. Love all the dances. This is a close one. I think Katherine and Mark will win although my fav are William and Cheryl. Katherine is a far better dancer. I loved her singing before the dance...so much fun to watch their routine. Glad Donald got a 10 from Len...about time.

Fantastic and so fun! I think the scoring was spot on, and I loved them all. I do admit a leaning towards Donald but won't be unhappy no matter who wins!

Oh MY, OH My! WOW! Loved the show tonight. I've been watching since season2 and this has to be the tightest and best finale yet.
I do like William and Donald but Katherine still has my vote. She is such a good dancer and a lady with a delightful sense of humor.

Great show! I love it when it's only an hour and packed with dances! I'm glad Don got his 10...finally! I give him a standing ovation for his freestyle. If it's up to the judges Katherine and Mark will win. All she has to do to get a 10 is show up...her last dance of the evening was not her best...she looked a little funny in those shoes. Personally, I think it's a three way tie that only the fan vote will break.

Yes, in terms of freestyle, Donald took the risk and gave us something we weren't expecting. Dang, but that Peta has such an exotic look! I don't think they should have showed us as many lifts and moves in their practice session that airs just before their dance...let us be more surprised and see it the first time out on the dance floor.
Yes, the judges do seem to favor Katherine. Maybe as judges, and in person there, they see something different than we do. And I thought the shoes looked a bit odd but maybe that's what the flappers wore back then?

Kaara...I thought it was me, but those shoes were hideous...lol. They made her feet look huge!
William and Cheryl...they are excellent dancers and he dances like a professional.
Katherine and Mark...I like her a lot, but I think she will win because of her wonderful personality, even though she dances great.
Donald and Peta...Too many lifts and not much dancing on his part. She did all the work.
I am hoping the winners will be........................ William and Cheryl.

I'm a little ticked off that the season finale of Glee is on at the same time as the final results on DWTS. Usually Glee comes on at 8. I think I'm gonna skip Glee.

Yay!!!! I was happy with the results!
Donald & Peta! They brought the A game when it mattered most. There was something striking about them as a couple (I kept saying it) and I'm happy with their win.
Tonight's results show was really enjoyable and entertaining. When all the previous celebs that had been voted off came back, I remembered how much I didn't like a lot of them & how nice the last week's been without Melissa & Maria! lol

YEA!! I'm glad Donald won...he was under rated all season by the judges but the fans pulled him through! Actually they were all so good, it was almost too close to call. Very entertaining!

Ugh...I fell asleep. Had to take pain pill for my aching back. I can't believe I missed it. I am shocked that Don and PETA won.... Thought they were the underdogs. I'm going to watch the recap later today.

What a fierce competitor that Don is....he was determined to win! All the cheese heads made sure that happened for him...what a fan base. My BF is from Milwaukee, so he was thrilled that a "Packer" won it. I love it when the unexpected happens. "Get you some of that Len!"

OMG...they are on GMA now and I am already late for work. I'm such a DWTS junky! That Levy is so darn hot! What a way to start the morning. I have to admit I did not care too much for William's freestyle. I agree with Len...too predictable. I was hoping to be "wowed and surprised" but not so. Oh well....
Kaara - I agree with you...Donald sure proved Len wrong! Him and Peta really danced their hearts out on the freestyle. I'd never heard of Cowboy Troy or that song before this show. Is he famous? That dance was fun, unpredictable, and wild. The way he picked up Peta and tossed her around his body...just like a professional dancer. He was just asked about the rolling around on the floor after he won and said he was on fire and had to roll around to put out the fire. He is a riot!
Shorbr - I too had to take pain meds for back ache and kept dozing off. I was afraid I would miss the grand finale...did miss their last dance. I'll have to go back and watch it on-line.
Oh what a fun season this has been, Ladies. Glad you all log in and join our chat every week. I hope everyone returns next season. It should be another interesting season. Have a great summer!

Out here they interupted Katherine's dance for tornado warnings, so I will have to go online to see see finale. So fun to 'watch' the show with you all in real time.

How about after he won, they put his baby girl in his hands and she was all tears. It was TOTALLY adorable.
Cowboy Troy was connected somehow to Big & Rich, so I have heard of him before but not necessarily that song.
In hindsight, it seems Donald had the 'largess' of a winner and that's what put him over the top. He always cracked me up because he was so manly as a dancer but he'd have that little boy smile when he listened to what the judges had to say. And Peta was always so professional, being demure and not really ever saying too much at any time.
Yes, I'll miss it! Great discussions with all of you girls!

I voted online today for who I would like to be in the special season in September. I am very excited that they are doing soemthing different.
I was so ecstatic when Derek and Maria were booted off last week. I was dancing around the room..lol. Much more thrilled that Donald and Peta won. Finally, the show was not predictable.I think it was done for a reason as too many people are complaining. Now I feel that DWTS has redeemed itself. One more thing....Maks needs to have a partner who can dance like Derek always gets.
Love this show so much! Can't wait until Sept. especially that it will be a new competition altogether!

The night it aired AND THE BACHELORETTE!!!! augh, my DISH satellite didn't have the channel, no explanation at all. If I want to see these I have to watch online but no time anyway.
I could live w Donald and Peta winning, thought he was excellent most of the time. Though Katherine was too. Until next season then!

Now that DWTS is over we'll be watching The Bachelorette...my BF loves Emily! If anybody watched it, my money is on Ryan, the guy she had the first date with. What a gentleman, and so good looking! I love his accent.

I think Katherine was robbed because she's not known in this country. She was by far the best. Donald and Peta were real good but not nearly as good as Mark (him and Derek - the best correographers)and Katherine.
