Nope, the opposite. I just discovered that one of our regional directors is a serial sexual harasser. One of my coworkers filed a formal complaint when she jokingly called him a "pillowbiter". After that, a slew of other stories from the men she touched without consent or said inappropriate things to are now coming out. Our HR director is trying to sweep it under the rug and has refused to initiate an investigation, so I'm going to all my team-members and reminding them that they have rights and deserve to feel safe at their workplace. Fun!
