True (and is not sure she has the wherewithall to stick to organic foods, cook them before they go bad, and give up all the standard foods that are so much easier and comfortable!)
The next person feels she might have spent a wee bit too much time on the BC boards, but feels energized, connected and fortified from it and is ready now to get busy with her day's tasks ahead!
