Ducky, what a memory! My great great grandmother heard Abraham Lincoln speak when she was 12 years old and the family is STILL talking about it!

Ann, I taught middle school special education and had a 7th grade advisee group. I retired last spring but am still doing quite a bit of subbing, which I enjoy. I get to do the teaching part without all the meetings and paperwork!

Because Thanksgiving is so late this year, the next person has already started putting up Christmas decorations.

Cheryl, a little retail therapy? SCP? Enjoy your day! (Earlier this week I was planning on a trip to OC swap meet today, but thinking we'd still have nasty rainy weather, I changed my plans. Today would have been perfect for the walk outdoors if I dressed warmly. Can't trust the weather forecasters!)
