    takingcare,

Poutine is a French Canadian dish of french fries covered in cheese curds that melt when you pour on the gravy.  I still don't know what skunk steak is.  I am hoping it is not what it appears to be!

I'm sorry.... I just thought of skunk steak and for some reason it cracked me up and I had to put it. I wondered if anyone would notice. LOL Yes, I'm 11 years old. ;)
