    I am grateful I got through my exchange surgery today!  Thanks to friends and relatives for their prayers and good thoughts!

    I am grateful that I feel perfectly well right now.   Grateful that I can drink the glass of pinot noir I just had and not feel like I am killing myself.  I am very, very grateful, I enjoy feeling grateful.
