    I just love the snow, even though I've only seen it a few times in my life.

    Oh LC, I love that snowed in cabin, wouldn't that be great if we had lots of food and drink, tv and good books to read.  Wear our pj's and visit. I can see us in front on the fireplace drinking hot chocolate.

    Since it is so cold and snowy out I will just go for a short hike.

    I saw this person making snow angels,  offered her some hot chocolate and come in and warm up but she said she thrives on the cold so I passed her on by.

    Spar, I just love all your pictures and graphics!  Actually, here in Oregon, we HAVE been snowed in!  We even lost our electricity last night!  We have been doing puzzles and games and lots of hot chocolate, but of course with peppermint schnapps!!!  Here is a picture of one our cars we took today--I don't we will be going anyplace soon!

    I have missed the mountain....Here is a picture my

    husband took over the week end as we were on

    the blue-ridge parkway.

    This is called Mabry Mill......Lots of

    post cards are made from this place. I want

    to go back and take pictures in the spring and fall.

    Lewisfamily - I've never seen that much snow in my whole LIFE!! REALLY, I haven't. It looks

    so pretty, but I guess it is hard to get around in, huh? Enjoy the time inside----stay WARM!!

    Anne, all that snow, I just can't imagine, have never seen that much but it is beautiful.  The puzzles and hot chocolate sounds nice though.  Good time to watch movies or cuddle up with a good book.  Beautiful picture above, so serene.

    LC, lets do invite santa in for some hot chocolate and I just made lemon cookies, will share those also.  Love the sun in the snow.

    Mary-Lou is those stitches out now?  How are you doing?  Those old water mills bring back memories, there was one at Falls Creek where we swam as a child.  also Loreta Lynns ranch in Tennessee has a water mill.  I would love to see a picture of all seasons there.

    Yes LC, I would love to come to church with you. I feel so blessed to be able to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.

    I got off of work early, so I'm off to shop just a little more for Michael.

    beautiful mountain flowers, what a cloudy day today on the mountain, looks like it may rain or snow here.  but we don't care with out fireplace, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider.

    Have a good One! When it gets too hot at work here is some snow to cool you down!!! 

     

    When it Gets SUPER HOT! HERE IS SOME SNOW! LOL!

    I'm glad I don't live where this happens!

    We would still have it on the ground the following year! YIKES! 

     

    When the day is done you can come home to some of this.....

    Hello Mountain, everytime I write that I think of that song, hello walls.  Can't remember who does it but it is a country song.

    I am going on a 3 day journey hiking around this lake with my backpack on my back and a little pup tent.  Wonder what adventures I will have.

    I passed by a totum pole.  That must have taken a long time to make.

    It is starting to get dark, so I am going to start my camp fire and set up my little tent and watch the stars sitting on a huge log.
