I am having trouble with my Dr, I don't know if
it is my insurance or him. I told him all the pain
and having trouble breathing. My chest where the
surgery was is very sore etc. And I dont see him til
October. I was given a Dr number for my breathing
by a friend. I am very hurt. Cause all he said is Your
white count is fine and that was it. My friend is checking
his back ground. Is that the way our new Medical is
going to work!

No, that has nothing to do with any "new" medical - it's the doctor because, even if the terms of your insurance did change when you are in front of a doctor they owe you the respect to answer and address all your concerns. Any person, indigent or filthy rich, deserves proper care. I'm sorry you didn't insist he check your chest and breathing, laying out on the floor if needed. I'm extremely angry right now for you.

I think the DR has issues.
Are you recently on any chemo treatment if not why is he telling you about your WBC?
