I love taking my taste buds for a roller coaster ride when I have Sushi: Put a dab of the green horseraddish on a piece of sushi. Bite into it and take a deep breath as the inside of your nose seizes and your eyes start watering. Calm down and cool off with the pickled ginger. Repeat with an even larger dab of the green stuff. Try not to look like you’re suffering.
