I usually take still photos and rarely make videos.

Do you know how to use your camera/phone functions in detail? I don't.

    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

No, but my girls know all about it.

Do you take more pictures on your phone or with a camera?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

    More pictures with my camera.

Do you usually use the flash on your camera/phone or not?

I like to take pictures in natural light, so I tend to turn it off.

Do you take many pictures of one thing or not?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I take photos of my teddy bears and also things I buy.

Do you take photos often or mainly on special occasions?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Yes, since I got a cell phone I have started taking more photos. Before that it was mostly on special occasions and holidays.

Do you take photos only on holidays, special occasions and vacations or just on an ordinary day for no reason?

    Hi Ocean!!

I often take every day types of photos.

Do you still print photos or just look at them on your computer?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

    Hi Aussie!!

I try to do both. We had a computer crash several years ago and we lost a lot of our photos. It was heartbreaking.

Do you back your photos up to a website or just save them to your computer?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Ocean, I'm so sorry you lost some of your photos. Do you back them up onto other drives?

I back up my documents online but I back up my photos and other files on other drives and USB sticks.

Do you feel sleepy like I do? I've got to finish off a couple of things and then go to bed!

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

We do now but we didn't back then. We learned our lesson after that.

Yes, I do. I didn't sleep well last night. You have a good night's sleep, Aussie!!

Do you try to get everything done before going to bed or do you leave some things for tomorrow?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I will leave some things for tomorrow but I wanted to finish a couple of emails before I go to bed and I've done that. I'm having such a busy week!

Are you having a good week or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Yes, I'm having a good week. I hope you are as well.

Do you like being busy or do you prefer to have more free time?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I prefer to have much more free time but my week is going okay. I will be glad when my appointments for the week are over on Thursday evening. Thanks, I hope you sleep well tonight too.

Do you like to spend time by yourself or not?

    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

I hope all of your appointments go well. I will be thinking of you!

I get very little alone time but I do enjoy it when I find a little time to myself.

Do you prefer time alone or with others?

  • MissBianca
    MissBianca Member Posts: 1,291

I like to be with people, but need alone time. I have a lot of solitary interests.

Do you keep a daily to do list, or not?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Ocean, thanks for thinking of me. Yesterday's appointment went well.

I tend to write a to do list when I have something big coming up but not the rest of the time.

Are you more of a goal-oriented or people-oriented person (or both)?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

    I think I'm a bit of both.

Do you find it easy to achieve your goals or do you struggle to achieve goals? (For me it depends on the goal.)

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I often achieve small goals but how easy a goal is to achieve depends what the goal is.

Do you often buy things on special or not?

  • MissBianca
    MissBianca Member Posts: 1,291

Yes, I try to be thrifty.

Hi Aussie-Cat! You asked me a while back if I had a new hobby. This is my second attempt to finish a watercolor book for my son, so yes!

Do you go into the ocean while at the beach?

Hi MissBianca, how lovely to hear that you're working on a watercolor book for your son!. Thank you for telling me.

Yes, I love to go into the ocean while at the beach.

Do you have a nice swimsuit or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

    Hi Aussie!!

Yes, I got a new bikini this year. I had to because my old one didn't fit my newly reconstructed parts.

Do you prefer a one piece, a tankini, a swim skirt, or a bikini?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

    Hi Ocean!!!!

I wore a one piece for years but in recent years I have worn a crop top and beach dress. I am yet to see which combination I would like after my double mastectomy because it's winter here.

Did you go to the beach this US summer?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

No, sadly we didn't make it to the beach this summer.

Do you like going to the mountains or not? (We're going to the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee in September)

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Yes, I love going to see mountains when I have a chance. It's great that you'll have a chance to go to the mountains next month.

Do trees help you feel more relaxed or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

Yes, especially palm trees when I see them at the beach!! But we don't have them here.

Do you find staring at clouds relaxing or not? (I do!!)

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

I'm not sure since I don't usually do that.

When you go to bed do you feel relaxed or do you start thinking about a lot of things?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

It depends on what kind of day I've had.

Do you find taking a nice evening walk relaxing or not?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Going on an evening walk sounds lovely but I wouldn't go by myself and my house mate doesn't like walking.

Do you like walking or not?

  • oceanbum
    oceanbum Member Posts: 3,644

I do enjoy walking. Me and my hubby keep talking about how we need to start walking. It would be good for both of us.

Do you enjoy exercising or not?

  • aussie-cat
    aussie-cat Member Posts: 5,502

Some exercise I enjoy, such as stretching and walking, but I find it hard to make myself do more organised forms of exercise.

Are you fairly fit or not?
