Arimidex and Acne

For about 4 months now, I've been on Arimidex and taking Lupron shots for my hormonal therapy. During the past months, the only complaint while taking Arimidex was experiencing the joint pains, which I find tolerable. However, recently I've also been experiencing very bad acne and have been getting constant breakouts on my face. I can't find anything online and I would like to know if Arimidex could be the cause of my sudden acne problem?? Is anyone else experiencing this acne dilemma???
