Tamoxifen and laser hair removal

I have a question about the use of Tamoxifen and facial hair removal. Does tamoxifen increase facial hair growth at all? I have been waiting years to do laser hair removal and was going to start this January until I was dx with DCIS, that was put on hold. However, I really want to proceed with it but I am now unsure what will happen if I spend the $$$ to remove the hair whether through laser hair removal or electrology at this point, if tamoxifen will just make it grow back??? When I asked the medical oncologist , he said it shouldnt, unless the woman has PCOS syndrome.
