Smaarty, Do you know what that is? It looks like it could be from a coral reef.

Smarrty, that quilt was oh so gorgeous. What's a longarm? Is that something you use? The choice of colors and stitches for each section was very nice. Piece of art for sure

Sas, It's a sewing machine with a really long space between the machine and the sewing part. With a long arm, there's room to fold the quilt under the arm and the arm can quilt a lot more of the quilt at once. Google it for photos.

the weird thing is either a sea worm or a plant that flowers every 36 years in India. From a posting on FB.

I saw that amazing image on the net too. It is Naga pushpa (means serpant flower). An incredibly rare Himalayan flower apparently (and NO, I didn't know that before yesterday)...my first thought was that it was a seaweed so were were thinking on the same lines Wren, it certainly has that other worldly underwater look.

I feel like my body has gotten totally out of shape,
so I got my doctor's permission to
join a fitness club and start exercising.
I decided to take an aerobics class for seniors.
I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour. But,
by the time I got my leotards on,
the class was over.0 -
