I have Di.............every two weeks. I keep up with day to day. About 1 1/2 hours. Very selfish I know. I justify it with many reasons Hahahahaha I schedule Di a year in advance for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I cooked this recipe twice with chicken, once with seafood(grouper), once with sirloin cubes.
Substituted chicken broth, seafood broth, and beef broth for the water.
I'ts great and hearty. Good enough for company. Easy to increase by 1/2 or double for planned overs.
Can sub many items and spices. The key to consistency is the fluid. Not quite a soup and not quite a stew. Stuop lol.
