My daughter loves to push her cat around our neighborhood in a stroller - I think her transformation from preteen to crazy cat lady is complete!

    Momchichi ❤️👍 That's great ❤️🐱❤️

I used to do the same as a child! I had 1 doll that I NEVER played with, since we had several cats. This one particular cat was such a calm personality that I could do all sorts of things with her, like putting little beanies on her head and taking her on a ride in a stroller 🙂 And she liked that, jumped in herself

My DD babysat for girls whose cat would wear dresses and stay in an open baby carriage for a walk down the block. Her name was Blossom, the chillest kitty I've ever seen.

That cat is gorgeous and his fur looks so soft. Bet he hates belly rubs though.

Princess and Grace are mourning the loss of their dog brother Jackson. He crossed the Rainbow Bridge this morning.

Mommy, Sorry to hear that. Be especially kind to yourself and them. Always hard to lose a family member.

They haven’t left me alone for very long since I got back from taking his remains to the vets office. Seems they know he is gone.

I think they do. My boy kitties knew something was up when we lost Chloe kitty cat earlier this summer.

    mommyof2,

So sorry about your doggie Jackson, it always makes me so sad to watch our pets look for their lost sibling and then realize they’re not coming back.

Thank you all. Think the girls are starting to understand he is gone. Princess came up sometime last night and stayed by my side for a good portion of the night. Grace has gone over to his dog bed a couple of times and sniffed it before walking away.

This cute girl just showed up on our back deck after a major thunderstorm in 2012. She used to bring a fresh kill to our back door every morning so she was obviously an outside hunter. When I took her into the local animal shelter, I was surprised to discover she actually had a chip in her. Both the animal shelter and the local vet tried contacting her previous owner, but incredibly they never got a return call. As a result, we adopted her, named her Sheila, and she's been a happy member of our family ever since, obviously living the Life of Riley. Although she'll sit by the sliding glass door and sniff the outside air, she has absolutely no desire to venture back outside: she must think she now has it pretty darn good as an inside cat!

    She’s gorgeous!

Now I have both girls coming up and sleeping on my side of the bed. Princess is using me as a pillow while Grace curls up around my feet.

My cats love their little stuffed mice. The bat them around like hockey pucks, and carry them from place to place in their mouths. I occasionally find one in my bedroom slipper or by their food dish like an offering.
