    Hello all,

I am now two weeks post radiation and my underarm completely peeled, but is healing nicely and is no longer bright red. My nipple where I received my boosts is healing as well and is no longer red and oozing(tmi). I continue to have swelling in breast and underarm but hopefully it will decrease soonas well. I am surprised how tired I am right now, but all in all good. I hope you are all doing well.

Are you still fatigued after radiation?

I have seen where it gets worse after radiation is complete. I am exhausted right now at 19 / 30. I hope it does get better for me after completion of radiation

Redhead403, I still get tired, more then a month after I finished rads. I am usually in bed by 8:00 pm. It is much better though. I am only surprised by the zapping and burning sensations I get from time to time, as well as by the sorness and numbing in my arm. I thought it would all be gone by know. Over all not too bad though and I hope all SE will eventually fade and disappear all together. Lots of hugs!

    Hello Redhead403,

I am still very fatigued 2 weeks out of finishing radiation. It’s all I can do to stay up til 8:30pm my usual bedtime used to be around 11pm. I am hoping it will subside soon.

In case anyone still out there, I found Gold Bond Exzema Relief formula with oatmeal very effective. :)

I’m having Accelerated Whole Breast Irradiation With Hypofractionation Plus Concurrent Boost. I’ll have only 15 treatments starting next week. Cosmetic and functional outcomes are supposed to be the same or better.
