Here's today's snowy walk, through the neighbourhood streets rather than the ravine - these days we find the ravine to be too crowded on weekends. All the previous snow had melted days ago and it was supposed to rain last night, so it was a nice surprise to wake up to the fresh white snow.

orangeflower, are you in Australia? I used to go there on business. One time I used a free day to visit a kangaroo sanctuary. There were kangaroos hopping around all over the place - I remember needing to be very careful about where I walked to make sure that I didn't step on any tails. It was so much fun.
No pictures from Toronto today. Other than when we have fresh snow, our winters tend to be gray. Today is a dismal looking gray day.

Mel, my husband used to watch them (the Blue Angels, when they were in town) from his office on the 17th floor of his building near Miramar NAS. They would do "practice" fly-bys practically right outside of his window. Crazy cool to watch!
