Geez, I can't keep up with this thread, so every few days I just go to the last page.
No way the voting age can be raised w/o a Const. amendment. (And everyone demanding a recall for George Santos obviously slept through Civics class, because the Const. does not provide for recalls, and impeachment is only for Executive Branch offices & Fed. judgeships).
Not sure if that (physical) office was occupied by Pence after Biden left it. Meanwhile, a source close to the Special Counsel's investigation tells CNN that only 10 classified documents (some only a page long) total have been found in Biden's offices & homes. All of them were willingly turned over, many before Biden even knew he had them.

Does go fast here. I love all the memes. I'm not sure of much of anything these days actually. With the massive amts. of evidence, I would have thought some level of censure/punishment or surely some note of pay-back would have come about for the Loon. Nothing!! As they say -- anyone else, and especially a Democrat for sure. In the end, I'm not sure the other side can do THAT much. I do think they can toss a mountain of sleaze around which will make their side squeal, but it will only be for their ability to twist the truth just enough for them to revel in the slop. Rational people that have been so all along should be able to stand just fine. Still, I don't expect it to be pleasant.
Lies hurt and are known to be dangerous, but there are a few rational Reps. and if and when it becomes clear that the extremists in their group are too destructive, hopefully they will stand up like some of their counterparts -- (Cheney, Kinzinger) have done and step up to the plate to try and keep their party. I just mainly think the recalls are a way of putting pressure on Santos and maybe McCarthy too. That along with letters asking for his resignation. I think he is narcissistic like the Loon and who knows how long he can go. He does seem willing to admit to SOME embellishment, so I don't think he is in as deep as Loon but then he is younger. Wonder what he will be like when he has had the yrs. on him that the Loon has?

I feel like Loon has convinced himself that he is STILL the REAL president, and that people just haven't figured out how to let him present to the powers that be how he actually won rather than Biden. He has never accepted his own LOSSES and finds excuses and other people to take on that burden.

This came into my news just now. I say who knows for sure? I do know though that I have read several accounts of the Russian people losing faith and confidence in Putin and this would in fact, get him OFF the hook. He is like the Loon and won't accept that he is wrong, so someone else will have to help get to peace. While I'll keep watching to see maybe other NEWS on just this, I will say, in the picture, Putin looked demoralized, and tired. I think maybe he may be looking forward to letting go without actually being the one who has to find a way to say Uncle.

The person who replaces Putin to lead Russia will be faced with complex challenges. The former Putin aide reportedly said he will have to negotiate with Ukraine, with the West, and break the deadlock within the system.
Why It's Important: Gallyanov's prognostications come against the backdrop of Russia losing its grip over the war and Ukraine slowly and steadily gaining an upper hand.
The war that has been raging since late February and has impacted not only the two countries but also the global economy. Disruptions in the energy supply from Russia are seen as fanning an energy crisis in Europe.

I do wish things had been handled differently, but the Reps. were going to be eager beavers to investigate so the only difference is we have given them something else to beat us up with which would have happened no matter how it was handled.

This is a Gestapo type operation! Are they doing this to the Biden people? I don't think so!
I cannot imagine who would fall for the above crap in any way save for the truly hardcore group of Loon worshipers, and of course, those Reps who hope to keep using the Loon and his group of Loon-a-tics. He seems to want to make the DOCUMENTS a hoax which he thinks worked for him during what he wanted to call the Russian hoax. Rational people didn't buy that one and I think it only survived because of how laws were being read by Robert Mueller. I'm really incensed that he gets away with calling it a Gestapo operation.
I find it a shame when sins and law-breaking are so painfully obvious that so much heavy deference is paid just because this man was able for four yrs. to sign his name as President of the United States. Illiterate Fiasco of the U.S. who got to be a proxy for all the crap everyone else wanted to visit on the rest of the world.
Then again, I should remember that Loon seems always to get worse with and in his speech when he is feeling the pressure and I think he feels a huge amt. right now. I think he really does have deep and strong concern that he does not have anything in place that will rescue him from the clutches of pay-back time. I hope that is how it happens -- that we all turn on our TV's one morning and see him led away to a police car in handcuffs never to again return to his walled fortress MaraLago. You know, the place he says that was so safe for HIS documents.

Not sure that a great many people understood for a while that Loon expected forever loyalty. from anyone he interacted with, known or un-known. I really didn't get that right away since I spent every moment in dislike for the person from the first time I ever knew anything of him. That was roughly when he and Ivana got a divorce. The next encounter was deciding to watch his show and finding out after ten minutes that I had the feeling of evilness washing over me and I turned that program off and never, ever again considered ANY attempt to watch the show.
So they have used each other and now a price will be exacted and while I don't have good feelings towards the Evangelicals in any way since the association with the Loon was one that was done for the mutual benefit of each, I feel they are the ones who will come out ahead. They are done with him and there are more of them. It is a lot of votes to lose for the Loon and the Reps. Such is life !!

House Republicans Strike Out As The Secret Service Doesn't Keep Visitor Logs For Any President's Private Home
I did not put in a link to this but most of you probably already know that our government. does not keep visitor logs from private residences. The gist of the article was though, there may have been an idea that Pres. Biden could be made to seem as though he were hiding something in some way. I'm not surprised and do wonder if some of the Reps. might not have known. So many of them seem to have brains that have turned to mush.
In any case, it appears as well that Maralago was never actually designated as the summer White House, since any designation like that would actually require visitor logs. The Loon hated keeping logs for anything and who knows if we have anything near a complete log of who really came and went at the White House.

Why would God (she/her) look all over the entire universe and choose the likes of George Santos, Matt Gaetz, and Greene to deliver her vengeance? The mechanism that God has chosen for delivery is a House of Representatives that is boxed in by Democrats and will see none of its major pieces of legislation become law.
Surely, God, in her infinite wisdom, would a more efficient and successful way to get the point across.
Donald Trump is seriously considering picking Marjorie Taylor Greene to be his running mate if he wins the Republican nomination in 2024.
Greene might have a point. She could be a mechanism for God's vengeance, but not in the way she thinks. Greene could be God's plan to make sure that Republicans pay for worshiping the false prophet, Donald Trump.
A political figure has rarely allowed so little power to her head so quickly. Rep. Greene is not the Speaker of the House, and she chairs zero committees, and Greene works within a House majority of just four seats.
Marjorie Taylor Greene can't deliver vengeance, but she can show that she has stumbled into a full-blown delusion that is a danger to our nation.
