Tuberville may be able to wiggle out of the residency issue. The Constitution states that a senator must be an inhabitant of the state they represent. This leaves exactly what constitutes an inhabitant up to the states. Alabama?

“ Alabama law requires a person be a state resident for seven years to run for governor — but only for one day to run for Senate.”

Nothing can produce so great a serenity of life as a mind free from guilt and kept untainted, not only from actions, but purposes that are wicked.  By this means the soul will be not only unpolluted but also undisturbed. The fountain will run clear and unsullied.

It's about Marion County, Kansas, and the judge who made the apparent very illegal search and seizure possible. Frightening, cardplayer.

BREAKING: The family of the Utah man who was shot dead by the FBI after making death threats against President Biden and pointing a gun at the FBI agents who raided his home release a shocking public statement defending his actions and claiming that he was too “overweight” and “elderly” to be dangerous. The stunning public statement reads, “Craig loved this country with all his heart. He saw it as a God-inspired and God-blessed land of liberty. He was understandably frustrated and distraught by the present and on-going erosions to our constitutionally protected freedoms and the rights of free citizens wrought by what he, and many others in this nation, observed to be a corrupt and overreaching government.

Though his statements were intemperate at times, he has never, and would never, commit any act of violence against another human being over a political or philosophical disagreement.”The family also described him as “an elderly and largely homebound and overweight man.”It’s simply shocking that his family has the audacity to defend a man who had no problem suiting up in body armor and showing off his arsenal of assault and sniper rifles — and posting the following death threats against President Biden and Vice President Harris:“I heard Biden is coming to Utah. Dogging out my old ghille suit and cleaning the out off the M-24 sniper rifle. Welcome, buffoon-in-chief.”“In my dream, I see Joe Biden’s body in a dark corner of a DC parking garage with his head severed and lying in a huge puddle of blood. Hoorah.”“Perhaps Utah will become famous this week as the place a sniper took out Biden the Marxist.”“The time is right for a presidential assassination or two. First Joe then Kamala!!!”

Of course, the family had the audacity to declare that he was “inspired” by “God,” and that it’s “understandable” that he made vicious death threats against a sitting American President just days before his visit to Utah. The family really took the cake when they said that he was too “elderly” and “overweight” to be dangerous — even though he literally pointed a gun at FBI agents and had an arsenal of high capacity assault and sniper rifles.

I am just as un-nerved by this man's family as him. What is wrong with them. He, just like the stupid loon can say almost anything. He took it up to the next level by pointing a high-powered military style gun at officers of the law. It matters not how old. You people are all a full o family and thee word I'm thinking about rhymes with grit.

They also apparently mis-understood the Judge when she said Mr. Trump would be handled just like any other criminal. You lawyers are going to work harder than you ever have for way less recompense. Enjoy the notoriety you will receive and try to stay out of the hoosegow yourself.

So many truths in these memes and that alone is disturbing on multiple levels.

Ruth, isn't that the ABSOLUTE truth. I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone so seemingly loved like this man who whines and cries more like a two yr. old in the middle of an embarrassing tantrum. That said, I do think many of those people who "love" him have some of the same issues — thinking they have not gotten ahead because some Democrat? stopped them.

Why he and they want to pick out targets (which are of course mainly Democratic in nature) to avoid taking responsibility for themselves mystifies a little. At some point, whether highly schooled or not, people usually come face to face with who or what caused their issues. They all seem to have a mental bloc when it comes to tracing it all the way to its real beginning.

People are ethical only when life, as such, is sacred to them, that
of plants and animals as that of their fellow people, and when they
devote themselves helpfully to all life that is in need of help.
