In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit. — Albert Schweitzer

And it is just exactly what I intend to do.

Yes, he is a pathetic Reps. dude.

Willie, you know whereof you speak.

Leaving it large. Still un-believable that this is what passed for Xmas at the White House.

He is not doing well no matter how the media like to boost him from time to time. So thanks S. Carolina. Truth is appreciated.

From Texas — Cool.

Two peas in a pod — both destructive and hateful. One just has a better smile and is slimmer. Both losers to the nth. degree and both belong in jail.

I have been reading in my news feed since most of our Sunday news is sparse and a bit of a carry-over from end of the week news. I find myself once again disgusted. So many people still talk and act as though there is little question that the Loon is well ahead of Pres. Biden. Only if you don't mind over-represented polls. I think it is a bit early for polls anyway.
I also feel that there is little acknowledgment of the Loon's mental faculties (fading fast) so just when the news will finally let go of the fantasy who knows but it is so obvious to many, and I would just love to throttle some of those news people. My favorite channel doesn't get off either. We do only watch now mainly in the morning having coffee. Then after breakfast we find another channel. We used to leave the tv on (usually didn't care if it was news either) so the animals would hear voices. No more. Also did it so we wouldn't miss anything of breaking news, but I am a bit exhausted by how the media deals with the Loon.
I hope this all gets better when we get past this election. Our misfortune in a way that we have INSTANT news due to technology. I'm happy for some of it, but the dishonestly and misrepresentations I find very repulsive.

I thought we'd be back to 'normal' after the 2020 election. Boy, was I wrong!😨

"Too often, we carry around those things from our past that hurt us the most. Don't let past pain rob you of your present happiness. You had to live through it in the past, and that cannot be changed, but if the only place it lives today is in your mind, then forgive, let go, and be free."

Ruth, I thought the same thing. I was just as wrong and that we still seem to be sitting right in the middle of the evil orange mess is mind boggling.

Some very wise words:
“A Democrat was in the White House when my family was sent to the internment camps in 1941. It was an egregious violation of our human and civil rights.
It would have been understandable if people like me said they’d never vote for a Democrat again, given what had been done to us.
But being a liberal, being a progressive, means being able to look past my own grievances and concerns and think of the greater good. It means working from within the Democratic party to make it better, even when it has betrayed its values.
I went on to campaign for Adlai Stevenson when I became an adult. I marched for civil rights and had the honor of meeting Dr. Martin Luther King. I fought for redress for my community and have spent my life ensuring that America understood that we could not betray our Constitution in such a way ever again.
Bill Clinton broke my heart when he signed DOMA into law. It was a slap in the face to the LGBTQ community. And I knew that we still had much work to do. But I voted for him again in 1996 despite my misgivings, because the alternative was far worse. And my obligation as a citizen was to help choose the best leader for it, not to check out by not voting out of anger or protest.
There is no leader who will make the decision you want her or him to make 100 percent of the time. Your vote is a tool of hope for a better world. Use it wisely, for it is precious. Use it for others, for they are in need of your support, too.”

Just something else that needs to be fixed by erasing out as many Reps. as possible.

Human greatness does not lie in wealth or power, but in character and goodness. People are just people, and all people have faults and shortcomings, but all of us are born with a basic goodness.
