Donald Trump has inadvertently said the quiet part loud by admitting that he and his colleagues have been "waging a war on American democracy."
The former president, who again is vying to become POTUS in 2024, was speaking at a rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he did one of his famous word salads and managed to put his foot in his mouth.
While attempting to speak about the Democrats and his supposed opponents Trump said: "From that day on our opponents and we have a lot of opponents but we've been waging an all out war on American democracy."
This was after he had claimed that even his critics had praised his much-maligned administration which only lasted one term.
Elsewhere in the speech he had also wheeled out old classics such as claiming the 2020 was rigged and that he would be able to win in famously Democrat states like New York and California if they held "real elections."

Interesting about the coat. Seems to be part of her legacy — choosing weird coats, like ones that say " I really don't care, do you"? I suppose all should be happy she didn't wear that one.
I have to admit my thoughts about her are not positive ones. Saving grace for me is that they never have been. Then again, there is a great possibility I would not have had very good thoughts about ANY third wife. Always felt she was into the orange one for what she could get out of it, not what she could put into it. And so far she has gotten plenty. I'm sure when she married that evil creep, she never expected to be catapulted to the W. House of all places. She always made it seem that she was a bit ho hum about it. I think it is more to the point that people around the Loon didn't want her to accidentally up-stage him and actually as dumb as he is I presume that could have happened. Not by too much, but she has more sense than he does.
She is a model and likes to get attention, but the people around the Loon at the WH were not going to let her 'steal' the show.
