Liver lesion found on CT

Had a CT performed for another issue and report states, “8 mm low-density lesion with tiny soft tissue nodule in the right hepatic lobe. Consider dedicated liver imaging for further characterization.“

Anyone have a similar experience that wasn’t liver mets?

  • I am waiting for further imaging for similar finding. How did yours turn out?

I had a hepatic hemangioma (sounds scary, but is nothing to worry about) discovered in 2013. It's still there, completely unchanged and completely unrelated to my liver mets dx 7 years later.
