Hi,

Im stuck in a developing country due to Covid with inadequate healthcare. I'm from Australia and can't get home. Im 34, two children (6 and 3) who were both brestfed for 2 years each. I just want to know if anyone has the same symptoms as me.

- Tender, painful nipple that came on the same day as my period. Couldn't touch it.

- Doctor prescribed flucloxacillin 500mg four times a day for 7 days. Finished course. Can touch nipple but nipple still tender, sensitive.

- Symptoms progressed to: pain and burning under left arm pit, pain and burning behind areola, swelling behind aerola (looks like a donut, feels like water under the skin), pain radiating to back. Pain is constant. I feel like I need to breastfeed.

- No lumps felt, ultrasound clear, awaiting blood test results for tumour detection, doctor refusing to do mammogram because of age and radiation exposure, no family history. No discharge, no flaky skin, no redness, no skin thickening,

I'm alone with my kidsand petrified.
