Removing implants after 9 years-WHAT NOW??

After nearly 9 years of immense bouts of fatigue, brain fog, pain in my joints, itching breasts, and overall constant discomfort, I am certain I want my implants out. I know that going completely flat is not for me but there has to be other options?
I’d be happy to go back to my petite tatas, but not sure how to do that or if that’s even possible. I’m more than comfortable how my body looks after the BMX, but I’d like to still have a breast shape to fill out shirts.I’ve heard that the Diep flap is just as painful as the mastectomy was.
I can’t think of a better place to ask for suggestions. Thank you!!
