Drain tube still in after 3 weeks

Hi everyone - I’ve hit a new personal record with attempt #2 at reconstruction of my radiated breast: drain tube is still in and in the next couple fo days it will be 4 weeks. In the past it’s been 2 weeks most.

Has anyone else had this experience? The PS wants it out as soon as possible due to infection increase but I’m still producing too much fluid. It looks like I’ve had a couple of clots too and don’t know if I accidentally injured myself while healing or my body is just having a rougher time healing this time around.
