Fat grafting to disguise implant rippling

I plan to do fat grafting around the 3-4month mark post reconstruction. I was speaking to someone today who had the procedure and said it was more painful than the BMX. I think it will be worth it to be able to lean over in a tank top without rippling but that’s without knowing how painful it is and what the recovery time is. I’d love to hear other experiences
