Got off phone with MO and it went totally a different direction than me or my wife thought.The MO didn’t recommend chemo but said only if my wife is onboard with maximizing endocrine therapy .They are starting her on tamoxifen while going through proton beam radiation because they said they don’t want to shut down ovaries while she goes through the radiation .My wife is already planning on having ovaries removed but they said if not they will shut them down chemically and put her on a AI plus Verzenio and some other things for bone health and what not.She did say go see dentist because one of the pills can cause jaw bone problems I believeThank you for all the replies and I hope everyone had a great holiday or at least as good as it could be.
